Difficult problems solved with skill and good humour.
We had a number of lock problems and Neil from KBO solved them all today, far more than we had at first asked for. One temporary fix enabled us to open our patio door without a struggle for the first time in years.
We had been told we would have to buy a new double glazed door with a new lock mechanism inside. Utter nonsense as Neil pointed out as he ordered a new locking mechanism for us.
He also got our garage door opening again to make our lives easier. He did this by going over and above a locksmith's remit by chipping away some concrete at the base of the door enabling it to shut properly.
He fixed a few other small problems without complaint and with good humour.
I used to work opposite this firm in Aldershot and they were always great. I would say exceptional.
