This is my second skip to date although KCM is only 5 mins away from my home emailing was very easy as I got a quick response as the delivery was going to be between 8am /12pm the next day this wasn't the case I waited from 8.am in the car till 12pm hoping that my skip would arrive no sigh then waited till 1pm no sign i decide to phone them as a lady said that the times were not guaranteed ..I was getting very impatience as now was waiting 5 hrs !!!! This was loss production as I was hanging about in the car so no other car would take up the space .. it got to 2pm eventually the skip arrived the person who dropped it off was really friendly and explained that they were waiting for the arrival of the skip .. please KCM can you make sure you make it clear on the email that the times are not going to be possible to avoid long waiting times a text would be good to update when they is going to be a drop off .. this time I was not happy more frustrated not sure if I will use you again ..

Impressed with the driver's manoeuvring skills! Few cars parked up near our drive on both sides of the road, (not the widest of roads) which I thought would make it impossible for him to be able to get the skip on our drive, he managed to do this with out causing any damage to any cars on our street including our own, was anxious watching this but well done to the guy that delivered our skip!

The skip arrived on time and delivered onto our driveway in an manner that was safe and careful.

Excellent service, quick delivery of skip, courtesy text to let you know the driver is on his way for both drop off and collection, polite, helpful friendly office staff at the other end of the phone to help with enquiries that may arise. Would highly recommend.

Very easy ordering and payment online. Good communication keeping me updated when the skip was entities and when they were coming to collect. Excellent service.
