On the morning of our skip collection our skip was barely full so the driver - Josh - knocked to check that we did want the skip collecting and again to check whether the batons the skip sat on was ours or theirs. Josh, your diligence and friendly manner was a breath of fresh air. You’re a credit to KCM, thank you! 🤩

Easy booking, lovely pleasant skip man both delivery and pick up. In fact the pick up man even had time to have a little chat with my 2yr old nephew who was watching. Even when i rung for skip to be collected week earlier, had no issues and the gentleman on the phone was super helpful. Will be booking another skip soon. Best skip hire company I've had so far through this property renovation. 100% recommend KCM.

Booked the skip on Monday for delivery Thursday. Having been billed for the service, heard nothing. Called Thu am to ask for delivery details. Kayleigh (sic) hadn’t properly processed my order, so it is now delayed until Monday. This has cost me four days of work on site. No offer of a discount, or higher cost delivery sooner at their pain. Awful service, awful communication, awful customer service.

Ordered a 4yd skip on a week's hire. They delivered when they said they would, and as requested knocked before unloading so I could tell the driver where I wanted it put.

We filled it much sooner than expected so I rang KCM and the collected the skip a couple of days later.

The whole process - from ordering on their website to collection - was simple and painless. I'd recommend KCM (if fact I've just ordered another skip).
