Highly recommend this company . I ordered a wheelbarrow that arrived on time . I had difficulties with assembly initially as I had a blonde moment but speaking to customer support (Amy) solved the problem very quickly and I was back in the garden using it.

Avoid. Sent me damaged dog steps and drag the refund process out and weeks later still no refund. eBay have been useless so Barclaycard fraud team tomorrow I have all the messages from these cowboys

Do not buy a chicken coop item arrived with damaged wooden parts, plastic tray broken in 4 places a d 155cm not 188cm long and 5 inches short in width, false advertising they offered a new tray and £5 offered as recompense, I asked for tray and £64.95 partial refund, seller refused as"damage to wood was cosmetic, Ebay eventually gave me a full refund as I couldn't return coop as a cockerel housed in it to keep it safe from our other cockerel. Seller now won't send a tray. Please beware and do not purchase pet housing from this seller. Item purchased early November refund given by Ebay at end of November
