I was recommended to KCT by a member of Lloyds Bank. Initially I was skeptical dealing with a company that worked remotely but that was soon put to one side when I was assigned Sarah (Manu-Smith).
Sarah has been excellent throughout, taking me through the process and always being available when it mattered most. She is extremely personable and made time to explain concepts when it was necessary to do, not only to myself but to my sister, Marie.
Probate is not something that I was comfortable taking on myself, but the processes and procedures put in place by KCT made the whole experience easier.
I would have no hesitation in recommending KCT and in particular Sarah.

The probate settlement of my late wife has now come to a close. At all times I was kept informed by Hollie Turner up to the final date I would receive settlement of the probate payment, which was duly done on the exact date promised. I was informed at the outset what the fees would be for the work involved and this figure was kept to exactly as quoted.

I was recommended Kings Court Trust by a local solicitor as I was looking to help an elderly friend when her husband died suddenly last year and they have been excellent. Our account manager was Chloe Chappell who was very good, she kept us up to date with everything, was always happy to answer any questions that we had either by phone call or e mail, I couldn't fault anything.

Our probate claimed was handled by Aoife Croft, who gave a very professional but also sympathetic service which was a great help in this difficult time. We were kept up to date with the progress without being inundated with emails, which can be over whelming, and also feel that our late father was treated respectably. Would have no problem recommending your company.

I was left dealing with my Grandmother's estate, which required me to have a Grant of probate (was a simple estate). I went for full administration as quite frankly this whole thing completely overwhelmed me. I filled in all the forms and initial communication was excellent. My Nans estate was sold and the money was paid to me from the sale of her house. I went about paying her debts etc (huge care bill) and other debts as I assumed that was my responsibility as excutor. KCT were not happy that the money had not been paid to them at no point did they say I needed to arrange that, infact considering I paid FULL administration no guidance was given. The Lady I spoke to told me I could do that, but just sent me an invoice (for KCT costs of full administration) I paid that but have had NO communication from them despite asking for updates on stuff. Fast forward to this week and I recieve a letter from department for work and pensions stating that KCT have not given them the information needed so I have had to fill out more forms. I'm going to lodge an official complaint and request my money back for full estate administration. Why should I have to pay for something I Have done myself. The only thing they have done is the Grant of probate.
They haven't answered an email since January 25 regarding my Nans estate. Money grabbing company avoid at all costs. This is still on going

Both Aiofe Croft and Joanna Coleman were unfailingly helpful and gave very clear advice. The process of obtaining probate has been speedy and smooth and I would recommend Kings Court Trust to others in my position.

Very poor service, no response, very simple probate and it’s nearly 3 years and still not sorted. Would definitely not recommend

Aoife Croft dealt with the probate application following my mother’s death. She was very helpful, explained the process along the way and was more than happy to answer any queries along the way. It was a pleasure dealing with her.

I wasn't sure where to go for help with Probate and then I was recommended Kings Court Trust. From start to finish they made the process seem relatively easy. I was assigned to Aoife Croft who dealt with all my queries in a very professional way and a great deal of sympathy and understanding at a very difficult time.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Kings Court Trust.

Initial contact was excellent and I felt like we'd made a good choice with Kings Court to deal with my Dad's probate. We went for the full service, mainly to take the work, stress and worry off me. It has been the complete opposite, even though the probate was relatively very simple. I complained after a couple of months as there was little to no communication or action. Whatever communication I did get was rude and off-hand. I had hope things would improve. Initially it did. The lack/ delay to communication was awful....apart from when they wanted paying. I shouldn't have paid so readily. I am still waiting for the work to be complete and my last email took six weeks to get a reply (reply came today). Quite frankly I have given up and am still none the wiser if everything we have already paid for is complete. At one point they identified they made a mistake in their audit which didn't feel me with confidence. I have been put off complaining/ pushing again as it is not really 'job' that I relish having to continually chase up about my dead father's probate. I am only writing this in the hope that they proactively contact me for a change.

Joanna and Aoife have been brilliant in helping me attain probate for my late father's estate, the work they have done has taken a huge weight off of my shoulders and allowed me to proceed with the final pieces of the estate
