Highly recommend Keap

I would highly recommend Keap for small business marketing and sales. The automation saves time, eliminates leads dying on the vine and puts clients in the drivers seat for growing their businesses!

Confidence Booster

Not happy with how Keap is taking care…

Not happy with how Keap is taking care of an issue. We have over 5,000 customers who were mistakenly marked in our booking system as not wanting a newsletter, and so came over to Keap as OPT OUT: ADMIN. The only way to get them added to our newsletter list is to manually go into each one and do at least 2 processes.
I asked Keap to work with us to send an OPT IN email to them for us. But, No, they won't. It makes me mad enough I want to leave Keap.
They just don't want to go out of their way to figure something out with us.

I have been using Keap (Infusionsoft) for 7 Years…

I have been using Infusionsoft now Keap (Classic Max) for 7 years.
I run Plaza Real Estate in Adelaide, South Australia and use the very helpful Support Team on a regular basis, whether for assistance in building Campaigns, organizing Tabs, Landing Pages as well as a range of other useful tools to keep my business running smoothly.
Due to the time difference, I simply make my Support calls before lunchtime, which works just fine.
Keap is a fabulous CRM foundation including Lead Capture, Marketing Automation, Customer Follow-up, Broadcast & 1 on 1 Email communication and more, where I can deliver links to my useful sites or deliver Documents for Download.
Any enquiries from my site plazarealestate (dot) com (dot) au are directed to Keap.
My single property websites and Facebook leads are delivered to Keap via Zapier so I do not miss an opportunity.
It's also simple to manually add new leads from your mail service provider, whereas I use Outlook, then add Tags and begin purpose-built Campaigns immediately.
I have Keap reminders set daily on who to call, email, post a letter or Anniversary card so I always stay in touch with my leads and clients.
I send out regular Texts to leads and clients where Keap integrates with platforms such as PLusThis, Zapier and Twilio.
What a fabulous arsenal to have at your disposal, the only limit is your own creativity!

I HIGHLY Recommend you get started with Keap.

An exceptional product for the sole proprietor.

Keap has been a source of steady and significant business for me since I first signed up over five years ago. Their support staff is excellent and the product itself is reasonably priced and well worth getting to know.

Keap your focus on growing your business.

I've used Keap since 2015 and it's the backbone of our business. It's easy to use and their customer support is phenomenal. Many times I've called with a question and they've solved my issue in moments.

I highly recommend Keap to automate your business so you can "Keap" you focus on growing your business.

infusionsoft support is always there for me.

No matter when I call for help I reach someone who is totally there for me. This time it was quite a puzzle about an affiliate and billing that I hadn't encountered in 10 years of being with Infusionsoft. He worked until we solved the puzzle and then asked if he could help with anything else. I really can't say enough about Infusionsoft's support. I just wish other services I use were as amazing.

Keap Support / Chris

Chris was very helpful with the issue we were having the other day. He was a tad talkative, but not a big deal. Normally I appreciate the casual, friendly manner but I was under a little pressure to get the issue resolved. But no biggie. I am fairly new to Infusionsoft/Keap and every time I have contacted Keap Support so far they have been very helpful. Thank you!

My last name was spelled incorrectly in this survey email, by the way. There is an 's' at the end.

Excellent

Not only is the product first rate, the customer service is terrific. I call ALL the time to get some tips, confirm what I want to do is the most efficient way of doing something, and get help setting up a campaign.

I highly recommend them.

Never use Keap

Keap on paper is an awesome platform but it's fundementally flawed on many levels.

If you're looking to cancel your contract they make it very difficult to leave and even after losing 1000s on this software, they still take money from my bank account, despite expressing that I want out.

You get given an account manager and my allocated manager is as useful as a chocolate teapot.
Never respond s to requests and really slow.
General support just points you to the manager.

Useless.

I love love love Keap

I love love love Keap! It was my first automation tool I ever purchased and CRM. It's been a staple in how I run my service-based business and I can see myself staying with this company long term as I am still using the first version, and I look forward to scaling with the additional features available. My only critique is that I wish there was a more accessible and helpful customer service experience. There have been a few times when I attempt to access my business correspondence (I use their business line feature) and it said I didn't have a number at all! In the end, nothing was lost as far as data and the app eventually refreshed but it was scary and delayed several time-sensitive client correspondences.
