We recently sold our house and can't thank Keavney's enough. Our house went on the market on Friday, had a full afternoon of viewings by the Monday and then sold above asking price. We were very happy with the whole process and would definitely recommend Keavney's to anyone selling their house.

We agreed a sensible but slightly optimistic valuation which was exceeded at sale by almost 10%. Victoria was extremely helpful and cooperative in preparing the property details and managing the bidding process.
Linzi in particular was brilliant in helping us through an extremely difficult completion process created by useless solicitors. My only criticism is the choice of EPC assessor who provided a less than satisfactory service.
On balance I would have no hesitation in using Keavney Estates in the future
