Fast delivery and great quality

I ordered a Beanie and boxers for my husband and both arrived extremely quickly. Lovely material and he loves them. It was difficult to choose a pattern for the boxers though, so many funky options!

Hi Ashley,

as confirmed in our email correspondence, the parcel was returned because the required import tax was not paid once it entered your country.

Import duties are set and collected by the destination country’s government and courier. They are not a charge we control or receive, and they are not included at checkout. When the charge was declined, customs automatically rejected and returned the parcel to us.

We also explained that a refund can only be processed once the parcel is physically received back at our warehouse. At the time of writing, it has not yet arrived. As soon as it does, the refund will be processed and confirmed by email.

Poor communication

Poor communication. Was never told a customs fee would be added. Product still has not been delivered and when I check it just says delayed.

Sorry to hear you feel this way. Just to clarify, customs charges are clearly stated on our product pages, delivery page, and shipping policy. These fees are set by the destination country and are a standard part of ordering internationally, not something controlled by us.

All order updates and tracking information were sent via email to the address used at checkout. We didn’t receive any contact from you prior to this review, and we’re always happy to help if customers reach out with questions.

Unfortunately, customs delays are outside of our control, but the tracking link provided will show the most up to date status directly from the carrier.
