If there was a zero , that would be my rate. Very very bad experience as i ordered a mambo10090 that was to be delivered in 3 days and took 2 weeks. No tracking. Had to ask to see where it was.When arrived was not what i purchased and yes a full box of spares. Still fighting for my refund via paypal and fedex charged me £70 of import for something that i didnt receive. Really bad business and customer service. Not trustworthy at all. Just want to see who is going to pick up the spares that they sent me😡.

Bought a Kärcher robot vacuum at a very good price. Looked up reviews and couldn't find anything dodgy. Once it arrived I realised the catch. Once it was delivered I recieved an email stating that if the packaging is damaged it shouldn't be accepted and that if damaged I should contact the courier. This was in bold on an automated email and seemed strange. I opened the outer package which was fine. The inner kärcher packaging was clearly damaged as was the vacuum. Functioning fine but clearly a damaged second. Emailed them to complain but they wanted additional photos and tried to blame it on courier. This is clearly a scam where they sell on damaged seconds claiming they are new items. Avoid.

I was super suspicious after ordering a headset from Kedak and researching the company a bit afterwards. Lots of these „scam detection“ websites mentioning that kedak is not trustworthy and so on.

I’ve chosen the DHL 24h delivery and my headset came today, Monday morning, after ordering on a Thursday evening. Packaging was clearly opened before but everything was in it. Since I ordered a refurbished product, that’s 100% acceptable!

As with all of the Europe-wide retailers nowadays, I’d suggest that more transparency is given by stating WHERE the things are shipped from. My package came from Spain, but considering the fast delivery this is absolutely no problem for me!

Also, go with the DHL 24h shipping since it’s not that much more expensive 💪🏻👍🏻

I ordered a Smart TV. The shipment arrived late. But when i contacted customer service and i was informed immediately. There is some problem at the carrier.
I have the TV now, good price, good quality. Thanks Kedak.

i have ordered an item that didn't came with the correct accessory. However, after several mails exchange with their support team, they offered to reimburse partially. Unfortunately they didn't have the accessory available anymore. The company is responsible for its own mistakes, and i found very trustworthy. I would buy again from their online store. The only point that I wasn't happy about it was not being able to track the order. But again, their support team can update.
