SONO DEI TRUFFATORI ATTENZIONE!

I rented a car from Keddy by Europcar at Charleroi Airport on June 22nd.
At pick-up, I was asked to check the damages listed in the rental contract:

Broken bumper: confirmed

Dent (5–6 cm) on the bonnet: I personally found it, exactly next to the left headlight.

Two days after returning the car, I was accused of damaging the left headlight. The photos they provided show only the cracked headlight, carefully avoiding the area where the dent was clearly visible.

I contacted them by email asking for clear photos of the dent (which I had noticed and should already have been documented) and requested that the license plate be visible to confirm the vehicle’s identity. Their response? “Due to privacy reasons, we can’t send you the photos.”
I replied that without those photos, I had no intention of paying.

I also sent two certified PEC emails – both were completely ignored.
19 days later, €620 was charged to my account without any further explanation.

I will likely take legal action.
To make things worse, my insurance with RentalCover is proving just as unhelpful and unreliable.

Avoid this company – zero transparency, zero support.
