Clunky and poor tech

Had no end of problems importing contacts.

The membership function is terrible.

The segment tool was updated but couldn’t segment memberships. There was a bug that mis-identified statuses.

The email comms tool is very basic and can’t preview in mobile view, or at all.

The customer service is like talking with a bot even when a human is involved. Had to keep repeating my issue and it still was not understood. Then they wilfully ignored my requests to escalate my complaint.

Can’t trust the data, so it’s impossible to use the system as you would hope. Clunky tech for expectations in 2026.

Do not use

attempted to migrate from DP to Keela as it was cheaper. You do, in fact, get what you pay for. 8 WEEKS of "migration" and now weeks beyond that, not migrated, half our records messed up, zero staff answer emails of us asking for replies and noting we do NOT want to continue. Email response of so sad, but you paid for the year, too bad. If you are concerned about data integrity, do NOT move to Keela- they appear to be in a poorly managed growth/transition phase and best left to sort out their internals before approaching any new users.
