Communication is non existent, they never answer the phones, items are over priced, delivery is ridiculously slow.
Ordered a similar item from Etsy arrived in 3 days, and great Communication.

Ended up being very expensive
Ordered 10 mugs, at the fairly expensive price of 90 pounds + 23 pounds (!!) shipping.
Then I received an additional invoice of 60 EUR in taxes, because the mugs apparently where shipped from the UK, which is no longer EU. Maybe this company should inform their customers from EU about this during the checkout process.
