Scam
I made the foolish decision to purchase a pair of New Balance shoes that I could have gotten for half the price directly from the manufacturer. To make matters worse, there was a 12-day delay before they even shipped the sneakers, and they wouldn't let me cancel my order. I cannot recommend this company; it's a genuine scam. Additionally, the shoes didn't come with an authenticity tag, which should have been included. I will never buy from them again.
Update: They are no longer responding to my emails regarding my return request for a refund. I advise against purchasing anything from this company
