The service works outside the country. I haven't had any issues with the service. I really like. I used it several times and it has allowed to travel more.

An amazing team to work with.
I’m only leaving a four star review because the product unfortunately was not compatible with the programs I use for work, but besides that, I was extremely pleased with the KYHIP team. Not only were they extremely responsive and reliable, but they were very professional, always willing to go the extra mile to make things work for me. I would definitely recommend KYHIP to anyone not using programs that require a lot of speed to function properly. The installation was quick and easy, and the team makes sure to provide you with the necessary tools to navigate any troubleshooting issues if any.
I was also very grateful with how quick and seamless the refund process was. 9/10 would definitely recommend!

Game change to be able to work abroad and be discreet about it
It took some getting used to on how this works but as someone who just came back after being gone for a month to Europe, it works! I was able to work with no issues and only took one day off the whole time I was gone. My job had no idea I was gone, not that they really care, but it was still nice to be discreet about being in other countries. I did stay at a place that had terrible internet during the evening because I think the internet was used by multiple apartments but I just ended up using the hotspot tethering feature. Everywhere else, I had no issues and it was fast. This has been a game changer for me to be able to work and travel outside the states without anyone at work knowing. Thanks KYHIP! The customer service has also always been helpful and responds back pretty quickly.

Several factors can affect VPN speed. Your home upload speed has a significant impact on VPN speeds at the remote location. Additionally, the download and upload speeds of the remote network play a crucial role. The routing taken by your home and remote ISPs can further influence speed, as longer distances or less optimal routes can result in slower connections.
To optimize your experience, we recommend using an Ethernet cable to connect your laptop to the VPN travel router's LAN port, and another cable between the VPN travel router's WAN port and the remote router's LAN port.

Great product!
Customer support is amazing and very willing to help. Quick responses too. Product is great however to be aware that speeds are highly dependent on how far away you are and the speeds in your away location. If you are staying at a place with really good WiFi, you’ll be fine. If not, it’ll be tough. Highly recommend however as it works perfectly under the right conditions.

Works like a charm and great service in setting it up! Definitely get a backup device in case something happens and give yourself a week or so to get used to it and provide a buffer before travels.

Very bad experience with this company and the device
Bad company
like a scam company and no one should purchase any device from them.
On 17th January 2025 I purchased KYHIP VPN, Economy Light and received it on Jan 23, 2025. I had a Tech personnel help me set up on January 27, 2025. The device has not been working. I scheduled a call on Feb 17, 2025 but the company canceled the appointment. I called and an associate told me I am out of support and I have only 30 days from the date I placed order. I still have the device that is not working and wasted my time and money $320

On February 20, 2025, you scheduled another sales/consultation call. We again advised scheduling a one-on-one support session for any setup or operational assistance.
Later on February 20, 2025, you requested to return the product. We inquired about the reason for the return and asked if there was anything we could do to address your concerns, when you only replied that it did not work for you.
Regarding the return of your product, we adhere to our 30-day return policy, which is available for review on our website. As your purchase was made on January 17, 2025, you are unfortunately outside this window.
We remain committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our product and service and would be more than happy to provide technical support to resolve them. Our team is equipped to troubleshoot and address any problems you might be facing.
