Avoid!!!! Bought a blade machine it broke within a year, so I sent it back to be repaired or replaced. Still haven’t heard anything 4 months later. The company have taken they’re contact number off they’re website, they don’t reply to emails!

Ordered from them (first time using the company) and they cancelled with no communication as to why. No refund came through! Sent countless emails, no response. Couldn’t get through on the phone either. Thankfully paid by PayPal so opened a dispute. Even then, no contact from the company to myself or PayPal. PayPal have now refunded the money. Strongly recommend you don’t waste your time or money with this company. Absolutely appalling customer service and no product to show for it.

Ordered and received a Venom beer dispenser. Was faulty and not working properly emailed them and been waiting weeks on a return label with no reply in emails and phone number not connected. Looks like I was sold a faulty unit or damaged in delivery but still no communication.
Order didn't arrive and cancelled with no refund
Ordered a keg on 24th April for £190 plus £19.95 delivery, received an email a day later to say the order has been cancelled and refunded, I haven't received a penny from this company, looks like the company has went bust as multiple attempts to make contact have been ignored, I'm out of pocket £209.95 (DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY)

Unfortunately KegMan cancelled my order a day before it was due to arrive with no reason what so ever which impacted the bank holiday part we had stranded and to make it worse they still haven’t refunded me the money for the kegs or responding to my emails.
Appears to have gone bust, still accepting orders, unable to get refund.
Ordered 2 kegs end of March which didn't arrive.
Contacted and received an initial response to state they would be delivered first week in April.
That was the last contact I had. Phone originally wasn't answered but now appears to have been disconnected.
PayPal dispute decided in my favour but refund has not gone through, suspect there is no money for the refund.
Appears to have gone under but at the same time still accepting orders on website.
Avoid at all costs unless you want to lose your money.
Looks like they've been using echeques as the refund method, which make it look like the refund has been processed, but when PayPal actually attempt to transfer that cash out, it bounces as the cash isn't there.
Looks like the have phoenixed as kegs direct after going into liquidation owing 300k.

Purchased a Blade beer machine on 22/10/22 now has a refrigeration fault - contacted manufacturer directly BeerWulf to find out that KegMan Ltd have no affiliation with them - now have a fault machine - tried to contact KegMan on the number advertised on their own website to find this restricted. On going pursuit of refund or replament - AVOID
Update - still no word from @Keg Man Ltd, all forms of communication are being ignored, do not purchase anything from this company

Waiting weeks for pub size keg deliveries and then getting a refund because you can’t wait any longer is no fun, but funnily enough I had some mates around yesterday and one had the same experience! Not just once either so given up on Kegman. Back to buying local.
My advice buy if you can pick up or willing to wait………………………………………………… and check the sell by dates as I had less than a week on a £200 keg on a previous order.

I ordered a keg of Lowenbrau and paid for the keg it was supposed to be delivered 2 days later. This delivery never happened. Contacted Kegman who stated there was a problem obtaining 30 litre kegs. I then asked what Lager kegs they had in stock and I would change the order. I paid an extra £79.50 and up graded to a 50 litre keg of Stella. Was assured it would be sent that day. Still not arrived nearly a month down the line. I get a different story every time I call. Now calls are dropped whilst ringing. £200 paid out and still no sign of a keg delivery. Shocking Service

Agree with some of the comments below that the service is terrible. I paid for a keg collection around 10 months ago that still hasn't taken place or been refunded and my emails on the matter have been ignored

Terrible service …
Been nearly 3 weeks and still waiting for delivery, so cancelled the order, and still waiting for refund 5 days later from cancelling the order. Emailed and called and no response either, £154 out of pocket at the minute.
