We made wort chillers in our garage and eventually developed a quality technique that ensures a consistent brand standard for our wort chillers. Recently we have adapted to offer fully custom designs, sizes, and dimensions. We then stocked Cornelius kegs and have added them to our website! After our initial success, we wanted to grow into a brand. We have since started to build our product base and will soon be your one-stop brewing store. STILL waiting for my first order that…
Still waiting for my first order that was placed on 01/02 September. I’ve already left one polite review on here (which appears to have vanished!!) after sending emails that have been ignored along with my proof of purchase. My only response from Kegthat was to tell me its email address had changed from sales@kegthat to hello@kegthat. I now note all these latest reviews mention Ben. Well Ben I would like answers!!

Very good
I would give 5 stars, but two things made me a little distracted. First, the shipping time is set at 24 hours, actually 48 hours. Secondly, it is not clear whether the keg is new or refurbished. I have no problem with that. In the picture the keg is different than the one you receive, but the one you get is better than the one in the picture, even though it is refurbished.
You need a little more precision in specifying the shipping time and the description of the items sold. I know running a business is not an easy thing, but little things make up your opinion. Correcting these little bugs will make you the best company in the UK. I wish you all the best and will definitely use your services.

Hops delivery
A selection of hops came well packaged (vacuum packed) even had a few beer mats thrown in for good measure, and great communication to let me know they were on their way, will definitely be ordering from here again. Thanks Ben.

my first order
This was the first time that I have ordered from kegthat.com and was impressed with the service and attention to detail. I made a mistake with my order and they not only noticed it but contacted me to discuss and correct it. The correct order was finally agreed late one afternoon, despatched the next day and arrived the following day. The beer I have subsequently brewed is almost ready and I look forward to tasting it soon. I shall certainly order from kegthat again.
