Unauthorised charges
I signed up for only one of Keiki World’s services, but immediately after completing the purchase, I was charged for an additional subscription that I did not request or authorize.
I was not expecting or knowingly agreeing to this additional charge. I find it very concerning that an extra subscription could be added and charged without my explicit consent.
I have contacted Keiki World to request the immediate cancellation of the unauthorized subscription and a full refund.
I would strongly recommend checking your order carefully before completing your purchase, especially to make sure that no additional subscriptions or charges have been added without your knowledge.
