The transaction was a bit unusual. I bought the item on Viveala.com. I used Paypal, who paid " clickmob, +86 187 9269 6860." The request for a rating came from "keilini.com." The order arrived about 10 days after purchase. This was otherwise an easy transaction. I bought 4 rechargeable nail clippers. While my toenails are too thick to use, it is great on my fingernails which curve down. I use often and can easily file to smooth. I had intended to gift the extra 3, but I gifted 2 and kept 1 for a backup. I'm a unusually cautious 75 F who is definitely pleased with this purchase!

Requested refund was told to pay shipping back! Product doesn’t conform or is fit for working standards

This was a second order and indeed impressed and satisfied the way the order was handled.

I've bought 7. 2 Failed within a couple of months due to broken wire connection internally. Wish there was a way to use them WITHOUT the internet. OK product for the price.

When I let them know that I hadn’t received their product they immediately rectified the issues.

Way to small I used it in my back yard did nothing. I had to keep checking to see if it was on. I ended up buying a good one that really works. Very cheaply made. I put it right on the table it did nothing!! Sorry you need to make a better one for that price.

It was very disconcerting to not be able to return the product at a reasonable cost.

The 2 units I bought DO NOT WORK. They come on for about 15 minutes and turn off. They do not shock mosquitoes, or anything else for that matter! Requested a refund and was offered $25 for a purchase that cost me $58. Faulty product, should have been a full refund. Oh! I could get a full refund, after shipping back to China! Bad business practice.

The product itself looks well.made and compact. I have not yet tried it, but want to comment on the excellent customer service. I had a problem with the product (my fault) and customer service was incredibly helpful and generous.

This doesn’t work! What else can I say. Would return it if I could!

It works! Perfect for northern MN woods

I ordered the light bulb camera and it failed after a month or so, ordered another and it too failed so two experiences with this particular product causes me to not want to purchase any other item.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription with the cloud service. I see it is not activated on app but still getting payment taken out of my account. I don’t want to pay for something that I am not using. Support via email is a joke. I just need this to end now.
