Brilliant

I brought the G901 Extreme heated gloves, honestly they are absolutely amazing and a game changer. My hands are warm- which means, I’m enjoying my ride and I can concentrate more. The customer service was brilliant, helpful, friendly and quick on responding to my emails. I would highly recommend. Thank you.

Proficient Company

Keis immediately answered my queries via email and offered helpful advice. Well done on being so efficient . If only every company was this well-organised and worked so hard to please customers!

If you actually want your item - AVOID!!!!

Spent £220 on a jacket that was listed as in stock on their website plus an additional lead. The lead arrived but I have had zero communication about the jacket. It’s been 6 days since ordering and they aren’t replying to emails. Absolute scam artists. Happy to take the money but refuse to provide any info about my order. Please - if you want to buy their kit, look elsewhere at other brands. Have friends who have bought Gerbring and they have had zero issues.
Avoid, save your cash and go elsewhere.

I bought their Bluetooth controller

I bought their Bluetooth controller, but the software is old and outdated - not working above android 13.

We are now 6 month ahead, and they keep promising but nothing is happening :(

Hi Nanna, Thanks for your review- we know how frustrating this situation has been and we are so sorry for the impact this had on you.

A fix is underway, we have tried to be as transparent as possible about the time line of this but the end point does keep being delayed - we are confident that the bluetooth will be working by the start of the 2025 season, but are doing all we can to resolve this quicker!

Still going strong 14 years on

Back in 2011 I bought a heated vest and glove liners, 14 years later they’re all still going strong. Powered independently from the bike, with an on/off switch for the gloves and a temperature regulator for the vest. Zero issues and doing a great job including today at 2c.

Heated inner gloves

Heated inner gloves - great, while they work, but 'lifetime warranty' and customer care is non-existent. On my third pair now – they generally last 2-3 seasons, and the cables need replacing more often. Forget the ‘lifetime warranty’ – my last pair malfunctioned while I was on the motorway, couldn't pull over quickly and they burnt two fingers quite painfully. Customer service is non-existent - they ignored all communications until I just gave up and went away.

Archaic battery technology and worthless warranty

Be warned that Keis’ larger batteries (5200mAh) are based on archaic battery technology. They discharge at a phenomenal rate when stored and have no over-discharge protection. When you come to your second winter season of using them, you’ll find yourself with nothing more than an expensive paperweight. The batteries come with a six-month warranty, but since you won’t discover the problem for at least a year after purchase, it’s worthless. I got in touch with Keiss, who offered me an ‘exceptional’ – their words – 10% discount (worth £9) off a new 5000mAh battery. Not on your nelly. Do they seriously think I’m going to put more of my hard earnt cash into their pockets? I’ll be steering clear of Keis from now on and suggest you do too!

Fantastic customer service

I bought wrong size jacket from a store (my fault). Staff at Keis helped with return and advice on more suitable product for me. I’m very happy with the product and how they looked after me as a customer. Thanks Chloe.

Marketing scam

Bought a heated vest for £160 without the battery only to discover Keis expects additional payment for the required battery as a separate cost of £80. What a rip-off! Is like buying a bicycle without the tyres. I wouldn't recommend this ludicrous spend and marketing scam. Its best Keis titles the vest as just vest rather than "heated" vest without the battery as a complete package.
