I underwent a surgical procedure on my nose at KEIT Clinic.

The day of my surgery started with an appointment at 9:00 a.m., when I was supposed to sign the contract. However, the contract was not signed until 2:00 p.m. At 3:00 p.m., I was supposed to enter the operating room, according to the schedule provided to me by the clinic, but this scheduled time was not respected either.

I overlooked all of these issues because I believed that, in the end, I would be satisfied with the result.

After the bandages were removed, I was initially pleasantly surprised. My nose was still somewhat swollen, but I assumed that, as the doctors had explained to me, it simply needed time to settle.

However, I had numerous bruises, one of which is still present today, as well as a large bony prominence on the right side, next to my nose.

As the swelling began to decrease, I realized that my nose was crooked, with a long, raised and drooping tip, with no real improvement compared to the appearance of my nose before the surgery.

I had been told that the clinic had around 30 surgeons, supposedly among the best, all Italian and highly experienced. However, I was unable to schedule a single online consultation with any of the doctors because they always appeared to be unavailable.

I had several consultations with a surgeon with whom we had scheduled the date for a revision procedure. Since my nose had not yet healed, we decided to postpone the procedure and, in the meantime, continue with online follow-up appointments.

I waited, but I never received a single phone call for these follow-up consultations.

During the period I was hospitalized at the clinic, I have to acknowledge that the nursing staff were dedicated, caring and professional, and for that I am still grateful to them today.

Everything else about my experience at this clinic, however, was, in my opinion, extremely disappointing and very far from what I had been promised and led to expect.

I underwent surgery (rhinoseptoplasty) performed by surgeon Luigi Giosci; in the days that followed, I was cared for by the nurse Alba—who was wonderful and friendly—and the result was excellent.

Spent a couple of months planning out my appointment with Claudio who was very helpful and made the process easy, from dates, plane tickets, transportation, and hotel room. The entire staff were receptive and helpful, everyone was kind and knowledgeable. The entire process went smooth and the results were amazing. I wouldn’t change a thing and a special shout out to Erita and Migena who took the time post surgery to explain the do’s and don’ts.

Well from the first day that I contacted the clinic they thoroughly took me through the process of what was involved.

When I went in to undertake the hairtransplant procedure the staff were highly professional. They went through with the whole procedure of what it would involve. Once I went into the procedure room and started my hairtransplant I was surprised how little pain I felt as the team made sure that I would feel as little pain as possible. Post Operation the team keeps in touch with me constantly and they advice me on everything on what I need to do to get the best post operation results.

I had a great results at epilation, staff very friendly.

I am writing this to warn international patients about the unfair financial practices of KEIT Clinic . I transferred a €300 deposit on June 23rd, 2026, for a scheduled procedure on July 28th, 2026. Due to a change of plans, I officially requested a cancellation on June 26th, 2026.This means I cancelled ONE FULL MONTH in advance, giving them a 32-day notice. Despite my timely cancellation, their administration is now withholding my funds and refusing to return my deposit. During the booking process, they NEVER informed me, about a non-refundable policy, and no contract was ever signed.To make matters worse, their staff keeps making excuses to buy time, completely violating basic consumer protection laws (such as their general obligation to inform under Article 7 of the Albanian Consumer Law).I have already filed an official complaint with the Albanian Consumer Protection Association (Shoqata e Konsumatorit Shqiptar) and notified the banks for fraud. Highly unprofessional and deceptive conduct toward foreign consumers. Beware and choose a clinic that respects your rights.

My experience with KEIT Clinic has been extremely disappointing.

I initially sought treatment specifically to correct a nasal deviation. Instead of addressing this issue, the result I received was simply a narrowing of the nose without correcting the deviation.

I underwent two surgical procedures — the first on May 13 and the second on June 8. After the second procedure, I was informed that only a defect at the tip of the nose, caused during the first surgery, had been corrected. However, the tip of my nose remains visibly crooked, and the overall deviation has not been resolved.

Unfortunately, even after two operations, the deviation is still clearly visible. In addition, I am now experiencing significant breathing difficulties on one side.

After requesting a refund, Dr. Skerdi Faria clearly stated that, according to the contract I signed with the company, no form of reimbursement is provided. I was advised that if I believe damage has been caused, I have the right to pursue the matter legally through the Court of Tirana.

In other words, I sought treatment to correct my nose, did not receive the expected service, and the company remains fully protected under its contract terms.

Going through two surgeries, the recovery process, and the physical and emotional impact involved, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and a satisfactory outcome. Regrettably, this has not been the case.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend KEIT Clinic for such delicate and complex procedures.

I chose Keit Clinic because they treated me professionally and provided me constant support throughout my recovery from rhinoseptoplasty. Now I can breathe perfectly and have a nose that looks natural
