DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Just wow… this company is ridiculously terrible… I ordered their multi-colored mug. On their website it looks like real stone and agate or other mineral. It looks like it’s glowing and beautiful and thought it would make a great gift. Instead I would be embarrassed to own this let alone give it to someone as a gift!
What they send you looks nothing like their advertisement!!! It’s a painted piece of plastic that looks like it was made in 1st grade arts and crafts time. It’s a truly awful piece of crap!!!!! I asked for return shipping and they said no. They offered me 15% back to keep their junk, I said no I want prepaid return shipping and there’s no way I’m paying for this junk!! They refused! This was sent from China of course. It would cost me more than I purchased this for to return to China. So these idiots are now getting another bad review and obviously don’t care about their business. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Please help by boycotting Kelansu so we can put a stop to bad business and international businesses that think they can take advantage of us!!

Kelansu advertise a variety of mugs carved from Crystal, they show a video of one being handcrafted on their website, what turns up is a cheap plastic very badly handpainted mug which doesn't even remotely look like what you ordered. When contacting Kelansu, they tell you to pay the postage and return the mug for a refund or accept a 15% refund now. I wish I'd read all the other reviews on here before ordering, funny enough their site has zero reviews. I paid through PayPal, so would recommend opening a case with them as I got my money back within a couple of days, hopefully they'll stop dealing with this joke of a company.

horrible same experience buying mugs that would cost almost 100$ to rtn, reversed the charge on my card and Mary keeps responding days behind not addressing issues. total scam. Dishonest doesnt even cut it. Shame on you Kelansu! You bring Shame on your country!

This company is a big fraud, the mugs advertised are not the same with what I got. They are plastic spray painted cheap mugs that nobody would buy from the dollar store. As soon as I opened the packed and smelled the toxic fumes I knew it’s bad news. I payed with PayPal so they will refund the money, because it looks like they are shit heads and don’t do refunds even so they have a refund policy. Don’t buy!!!!

This is not a reputable or trustworthy company. I ordered the crystal mugs online and what arrived was absolutely nothing like the picture. They were low quality plastic cups so please don’t waste your money.

I purchased directly from their website and the description was real crystals, genuinely handpicked, molded perfectly into mugs. It even showed the process on a video of how they do it. I received the mugs, opened the package to find that they were worse then plastic. Cheap junk! When I have tried to return the items, they offered me a 20% reimbursement and I can keep the mugs. I said absolutely not, this is fraud, the description was nothing like the product. I was told to follow the return policy then, which includes filling out a return application after selecting my order in my account. There is no such things as a return application. If so, I would do it. I have since sent the company 4 different emails requesting for the form. I have yet to hear anything. I spent $150 on junk and wish i had known about this review site.

Plastic Junk

I purchased five (5) of the so called “mineral” mugs from Kelansu. What you receive looks like a cheap painted resin mug with none of the color or detail of the mugs shown in the pictures that you make buying decisions from. Anyone who buys this product will feel mislead at a minimum.

Ordered a mug that was supposed to be made of stone. Completely made of plastic och badly painted.

I ordered a prelit outdoor urn greenery with pine cones and what I received was a mess. It was not prelit and had pinecones that fell off when I opened the display. It came wrapped in plastic and stuck in my mailbox. It cost me $47.

When I contacted Kelansu, they offered me 15% off to keep it. I refused it and now they want me to return it to China at my expense for a refund. That is not happening. I have opened a dispute with my credit card. I have a Chase credit card and they are wonderful!

DO NOT BUY THESE MUGS!
They are completely made of plastic and are unbelievably cheap looking. They are not real stone! They are awful!

Ordered 2 quartz tea cups. Got two regular glases. Notified them. They offered a small discount. Amazon has same product for a third of the price. After four communications, the haert of their sucessful business, I am being told they are not available, out of materials. I guess all the rocks on earth have been used up... However, they still have the same glass for sale sale on their website. Have to write this experience off as buyer beware. The ethics of some can be frustrating.

If you send American money to China, you deserve to get ripped off !

They should be sued beyond redemption

I ordered two mugs that are supposedly created with stone. When they arrived, one looked like it was made of plastic, and the other mug has a sharp piece of the material sticking up on the rim. That sharp piece can actually cut your lip. I paid $66.00 for them and the company will not refund my money untill I ship them back to China at my own expense. The shipping costs run from $46.50 to $121.00. Otherwise they offered me 15% to 50% refund if I don't return them even though they are not usable and need to be thrown away. Especially the one with the sharp edge sticking up on the rim. I have photos to prove my side of the events.

I placed an order. They said they delivered it but, if they in fact did deliver something (which I doubt) it certainly was not to my house. I asked for a replacement delivery or a refund and they completely hassled me. 18 emails later, they are asking me to prove that I did not receive their package (which I did several times). It's a $70 order and now, it is principle.

Do NOT order from this company. Ever.

Like other reviewers, we saw the beautiful pictures of mugs and the descriptions - "carved from jasper or ... agate" and ordered. The mugs we received are poorly painted, cast plastic and still stink of off-gassing from the polymer cure. There are gaps between the metal inserts and the shell that would make these hard to keep clean and sanitary if one could use them for beverages.
Instructions on the web page say to click on the order for return instructions, but there is no link to returns from the order. I emailed Kelansu for return instructions and received a response from 'Mary', including the offer of a 15% credit for me to just to keep the mugs. Although the email noted the return process in detail and the importance of shipping returns to their returns address, no address was noted in the email. I replied to the email, requesting the returns address. We'll see how this goes.
UPDATE 1/1/2025: I received the return address - in China - and an increased offer of 20%. Checking the postal rates, it looked like return shipping would cost $80-$100. Since the vendor wanted me to pay $80+ to return a product different from the one I ordered, I instead filed a charge dispute with my card issuer. For now, I have a credit. We'll see how Kelansu responds, but they have until sometime in February.

--Update 2/14/2025--
Based on vendor's response, my card issuer reversed my credit, but gave me a chance to respond. I detailed the experience with comparison photos of what I received vs. the product descriptions on the web site. After reviewing my info with the vendor, the card issuer reversed their decision and made the credit to my account permanent. I'm only out my time and trouble - I do still have some trashy plastic mugs to dispose of
BTW, these items, with identical photos and mostly identical descriptions, are offered on a number of other web sites, including Amazon.

I wish there’s a less than 1 score. I was astonished at how cheap these things are. And calling them coffee mugs is a joke. I opened the box and threw them in the trash. Lesson learned. I will look for reviews before buying off internet.
