Not in branch when due, unhelpful staff
Ordered some Oak quadrant and told it would be at my local branch to collect four days later. Then had message it was delayed, rang to progress and then told it was in Malmesbury ( not local to me)and I could I could collect it myself or wait another week. Apparently they were too busy stock taking. Zilch customer service and still waiting for my refund.

Crap service
Drive 1.5 hours to pick up bricks that didn’t match website.
Fat bloke on forklift wouldn’t allow me to open another pack to find lighter , more matching bricks.

However, we suggest that you buy all the bricks you need at once and mix all the different packs together to get a blend that matches your requirements.

Disappointed with the delivery as I requested that I was contacted with a date when the items would be delivered so that I could arrange for access for it to be put at the back of the house, instead they were dumped in my front garden, so I had to arrange for a family member to help me move them, also the fence panels were different colours so didn't match.
