Marlborough Kellaway are really helpful in the yard, office and the delivery drivers. Delivery driver was particularly accomodating as to where I wanted the sand and blocks dropped and allowing very excited children to watch! Top rating for all of them.

I called the Horfield branch at the weekend to be told that they had what I wanted in stock, they guy on the phone was really helpful. I went today to a different branch by accident (Lockleaze) and the young guy I saw was unhelpful, terrible at communicating and incorrect in the information he gave me. In the end I looked at it and they didn't have what I wanted so I had to go to the store I called at the weekend (he told me they had what I wanted) but when I got there they didn't have it in stock so I had another wasted journey. The guy at Horfield was helpful and suggested somewhere that would have what I needed so thanks to him. The guy at Lockleaze either needs training or to find another job. I'll go somewhere else in future.

delivery of 3 dumpy bags of hardcore, very well priced, quick delivery and the delivery guy was very friendly and professional, he asked me where i wanted the dumpy bags placed with his big claw machine.

Great service, delivery went smoothly and as planned. Sleepers were out of stock but as soon as Kellaways had them they were delivered nice and early. No fuss easy to order.

Great delivery, and wagon was able to deliver pallet exactly where I wanted.

Marlborough store staff have been brilliant throughout the whole process! Looking for slabs and they offered to collect a sample from another store. Then when I ordered they arranged delivery really quickly and even rang to double check the order.

Ordered click and collect and thought I'd be contacted to say the items were ready. Called up more than a week later and they were at the store. Items great and nice staff but the comms need working on. Thanks for the items though 😊
