This site impersonates a legitimate business Mode Keller modekeller in Zurich. This "Keller Zurich" is not in Zurich, not in Switzerland but in Asia. The real Mode Keller is not closing and these are not its clothes. I have been caught by the scam. Do not be.
All fake. Comes from China. Wrong colour, wrong size. To be avoided
I saw an advertising on Facebook for high quality linen cloth. they said that they had to close their shop in Switzerland and would now have last sales at big discounts.
I checked by sending them email to ask if I could return cloth if they did not fit or order the same piece in two sizes and then return one.
This is what they wrote to me in the email:
You receive a 30-day return guarantee on every item as standard. This means that you can return items free of charge if you are not satisfied with them.
So I ordered.
First surprise was that it took almost 3 weeks until I received something. Second surprise was that it came from China (I would never have ordered if that had been transparent). And it was not high quality linen, it was more cheap cotton.
And when I asked how I could return some of the items they wrote to me, that it was too expensive to send them back to China, that they would offer me a 30% discount and then I could keep them all.
I negotiated with them for quite a while as I find this totally unacceptable but that is what was the end of the story.
