I have to read the article to write any experience especially after my dog becomes allergy free

BUYER BEWARE!!!Do NOT buy this brand!! The company uses fraudulent advertising, selling practices and has the WORST customer service I have ever faced at an online store. First, their pricing is misleading. You will think you are paying $25 for 4 bags and then at checkout find it’s $25 each! Then in order to proceed, you have to click on “get more for only….”. I clicked thinking I could review my order and cancel what wasn’t satisfactory, but NO! The charge went through immediately! I emailed instantly asking to reverse the charges and cancel the charge and was told it was in their system and nothing could be done! I tried to stop payment but neither PayPal or my bank could help me. I then found out these allergy chews were made in China even though there is nothing indicating this anywhere on the package. I would never give my dog anything produced in China. Dogs have often died from Chinese pet food products. So I just completely wasted $180 on a product I can’t use! I should have just torn up the money and thrown it in the trash!😡

I very CAREFULLY avoided the “subscription” button when I ordered from Kelpie’s website. Guess what? I started getting automatically charged monthly for a subscription. When I emailed the company, they said they ONLY have a subscription option. I also ordered a package of Kelpie “Relief”on Amazon at the same time. The Amazon order arrived in a few days; the order from Kelpie took WEEKS!
When I received the Kelpie product, I discovered it was manufactured in CHINA! I will NOT be giving my dog a product made in China-home of COVID!

I ordered chews and as soon as I hit submit there were $100 of vitamins and other things in my shopping cart. I immediately wrote to kelpie to cancel that part of the order. They responded 5 days later saying that it was too late, that the order was already processed. Then I immediately got an update saying it was shipped. COME ON! Then I received the order, I opened one package and have my dog the recommended amount. I didn’t see a change in her ears. So I contacted Kelpie and said I would like a refund. They said they could not and they quoted me a policy that said they could not take back opened items. I have 15 bags that are unopened. They still said they could not refund me. I’m taking it up with my credit card.

This is useful knowledge that all dog parents need to have.

They seemed to help but just too expensive for the amount you get.

I ordered at promised 70% discount, ie Cn$ 36.99; and at the last second after authorizing payment - charge changed to Cn$ 134.96!
I have asked for a refund and cancellation of my order. Hope they will! In which case I’ll change the review!
Terrible business practice!
Hearing back from Kelpie, they’re claiming the price quoted is for 1 packet. WRONG! False advertising.
So buyer beware!

Don't click trykelpie, it's a scam, it said in the advertisement money back guarantee, hah!!! Even after they get my money AUD 155 (while it said 70% off 4 pack for $39.95), I want to cancel it, they didn't take cancellation even within minutes. Need to report to Australian scammer!! I got the product from the same state in Victoria, but they still charge international fee from my bank. Ridiculous company. Scam its own potential customer.

Tried to order and kept rejecting my card.Have contacted my card provider and cancelled my card as details may have been stolen.
THIS IS A SCAM....DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MERCHANT.
