The website is a scam

The website is a scam. It said I could get 4 bags for 34.99 and I got charged $139. There was no option to view your order before paying. I live paycheck to paycheck and couldn't afford that much. I asked for a refund immediately and they said there is no refunds because it's a consumable product, even though it hadn't been shipped. I'm so upset with this company that I am going to give them away when I get them. This company should be ashamed of themselves. How many people do they they do this to every day. Just a big con while dogs suffer. Pathetic

made a purchase for a 70% promo - but its a lie

made a purchase for a 70% promo, but wasn't charged the $39.99 for 4 bags , but $155. no confirmation with the price change, just went straight through. After asking me to add other items that i skipped they stull managed to add one to my cart and charged my card without authorosation for the extra amount. Now they are saying no refunds and i added the extra and the 39.99 was for 1 bag. Wow...if that is 70% off the bags are over $100. Also a lie. nothing but deception and illegal tactics. be wary and do NOT purchase from this website.
TUrns out the addon has been chatged affitional 49.99 dodgy plus.

Site not user friendly and order was…

Site not user friendly and order was duplicated. Contacted customer service immediately to cancel 2nd order and a couple more times with no response until order was already shipped. Product has not had any effect on my dog's allergies after almost 2 months of use. Waste of money!

Brought a packet of kelpie

Brought a packet of kelpie, half the bag of treats were broken into little pieces, told the company didn’t care got oh sorry nothing else, they then proceeded to take the money out of my account when I was not signed up to their subscription, asked for a refund refused, disgusting wouldn’t use this product at all, didn’t work, definitely not worth the money if you have a large dogs would cost you a fortune.
