Never had such helpful landlords that are always eager to help and support tenants.

Moving in (even through covid) was smooth and although I was unable to view properly I was given a thorough virtual viewing. Honestly have no complaints since moving in as the design and place is always immaculate. Honestly wish I could live here longer!

What an incredibly wonderful pair. So attentive so caring they treat all their tenants with compassion and respect. If anything needs attention they are there with a smile in a flash. You get the feeling they are as grateful for us as we are for their beautiful warm and welcoming homes.
Kelly and Simon have impeccable taste and design the loveliest places in town. Wish them both all the success in the world they deserve it and everyone should be so lucky as to have them as a landlord! Thank you for all your time and attention we are forever grateful.

I had the pleasure of living in one of their rooms for 12 months and I honestly cannot complain. Everything from booking a viewing, to leaving the property, was fast, professional and friendly.

The house itself was immaculate, modern and very convenient for co-living and they really went above and beyond to ensure that all the tenants were comfortable and happy.

From the first encounter to view what became our new home and observing Covid guidelines to replacing a broken tap without hesitation, Kelsy Living have been fair, honest, happy and respectful. We don’t like to complain but if something isn’t right they’ve always been “Don’t worry, we’ll sort it” and then they sort it. Straight away. Can’t praise them enough tbh.

Great house share in an immaculate house. This was my 6th house share having lived in different parts of the country in and out of university and by far the best value for money.

Kelsyliving went to a lot of effort to make their residents feel welcome and were readily available for any questions we had, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Having all bills included in my rent was very helpful for my financial planning and the regular cleaning of the communal facilities was really useful. The only criticism I would have was that the washing machines relied on having exact change, which was quite inconvenient - this was removed during the Covid-19 pandemic, and this was a welcome change that I would like to stay. I would highly recommend Kelsyliving and enjoyed my sixth-month stay with them.

A lovely well kept house. The garden room during my 9 month stay was comfortable and spacious, as a newly refurbished property it has been completed to a high standard. Having garden furniture with the room and a partition makes for a nice private space to sit in the sun. The area is very quiet and has nice surroundings with friendly neighbours. There is plenty of available parking with the option to park on road or on the driveway.
The landlords are very accommodating and happy to help make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Really cannot complain! From booking a viewing, to actually moving in, everything has been fast and professional.

The landlords really do everything they can to ensure that the tenants are happy and comfortable at the property!
