Excellent Customer Service
After searching the net for a good quality Oxford shirt without success I came across Kelvin Graham Menswear and found what I was looking for and made the order. However through my own fault I did not access the means of obtaining the 10% discount as a first time customer. I pointed out my error and to my surprise I received a call to say that I would receive a refund of the 10%. Excellent customer service.

Ordered an item, got confirmation of my order then got an email to say it had been double sold & i had to be refunded, i emailed to ask if they could notify me if/when it came back in stock but havent received a reply !
