Great Customer Service! Limited Catalogue
Bought a black bag for my girlfriend, I let the team know it was for a birthday and they gift wrapped it extremely nicely for me without any extra charge plus a personalised note. Really great customer service, hate with a passion ordering from places where you can never speak to a human or even find an email so will always go out of my way to recommend a business which actually gives you a person to attend you if needed.

Website looked very new. Wasn’t sure about some details but they had easy to find social medias which I could contact them on.
They replied very quick and answered every question I had. They were very nice to me and could tell it was a real person, not just the usual annoying chat box thing.
Item came in time and they kept me update with it. Looks perfect and exactly the look I wanted. Packaging was really thoughtful as well. It’s clear they want to treat you well. Just the fact I could send them a message and get a real human response won me over most to be honest.

Think they are quite a new brand and they just really went above and beyond with me. It’s clear they care. I got a bag which was like I expected but what I didn’t expect was the personal touches that came with it.
They followed up to make sure everything was good and we’ve stayed in touch. Never had this before.
