Great sales service and very fast delivery.
However I ordered the part incorrectly and I wanted to return the item, and order the correct part.

I was informed that will cost 25% of the sale price.
Needless to say I won’t be buying the replacement from them.

A shame really as I was really impressed with the way they processed my order, but very disappointed with their poor after sales.

Imagine if the part I’d ordered had been £2,000 that would be some hefty restocking fee.

There are plenty of other suppliers out there, who won’t try to fleece you.

We requested a quote for an item, they sent a quote, we accepted the quote, we recieved an order confirmation and paid for the item. They emailled to inform us they wouldnot release the item as they had given the incorrect cost on the quote and increased the cost from £126 to £411

As a mature (experienced) mechanical maintenance engineer I was slightly apprehensive about attending an electrical training course. It's quite a lot to take in but Mark made the course interesting and fun. Thank you Mark.

I placed an order over a month ago with Kempston Control, the package was entrusted by KEMPSTON to UPS which was supposed to deliver within 5 days. It's been over a month now and we still haven't received the package and KEMPSTON doesn't care at all about this serious situation; no response to our reminder emails.
I have never had to deal with a supplier so careless in this kind of situation.
KEMPSTON, I pray you to solve this problem urgently.

Good service. Clear quotes, good delivery times.
Answers time may improve.

They quoted and sold us a material in US dollars
They requested the payment via wire transfer and we did it.
Then, they didn't have the material so they returned the money one month later after several calls and emails from our side.
The money was returned at the exchange rate sterling pound/US $ on that date and we lost around $200 in this transaction.

Very Helpful and knowledgeable sales staff. Had IR Sensor Switch in stock and was ready to collect next day.
Superb, will definitely use this company again.

Nothing too much trouble. We use Kempston Controls as our first port of call when rebuilding electronics on our machines . Good technical backup and support when needed.
