So I have not bought from them directly but from a third party seller. I love the taste of the instant lattes and have used them to replace my morning coffee allowing me to cut back on refined sugar and artificial flavors. I also enjoy the chocolate protein smoothie. I have not tried any of the fruit smoothie options but so far I love it!

Great customer care, great communication/marketing, and great products!

I used to love Kencko but lately they have not shipped orders that I place. Their subscription settings are awful and I have often gotten no notifications for upcoming orders which shipped on awkward timing due to previously delayed shipments. I wish they would let you select a number of days between orders but mostly just want them to deliver the product that I pay for.

Kencko changed my life; I started eating (and drinking) fruit every day, and I've developed many better eating habits. It's good, it's simple, and it's cheap.

These smoothies are great. Not too sweet, only fruit/veg, and added to protein powder in a shake make a great quick meal.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY THEM. THE COMPANY IS A BAIT AND SWITCH.

I bought purples and pinks at the store. Thought they were great! I couldn't find more at the store, so I went to their website. $50 minimum order. OK, I thought, fair enough with rising costs, etc. I placed a large order. I got the usual "Thanks for your purchase, we're shipping it right out!" confirmation and email.

Fast forward about 2 weeks.

No smoothies.

I go back to the website. It now says it is a subscription and won't be shipped for a month.

I went back and reviewed the website and pretended to reorder. There is NOWHERE that clearly indicates it will be a MONTH before things are shipped or that it is an endless subscription.

There is nowhere to end the subscription. The site doesn't even tell you how. There is no clear contact info besides a generic email address.

This is illegal in NY state, so I contacted the Atty General. I am contacting my bank for fraud. I see others have noted the same issues on their Insta comments.

In short, great product, but absolutely scummy and greedy company. Buy only at stores.

Reliable service and a really great product. With this product you should think outside the box! It is really good added to breakfast cereals or oatmeal. You can also add to yogurt. Or baked goods. The flavors are not overpowering. It would be great if they had a savory selection like soups or different blends of veg that you could add to quiches or omelets!

Their smoothie packets are the best product on the market to get your fruits and vegetables and (optional) protein in while you are away from home. There's no added sugar, and everything is organic. It helps to try a bunch of different flavors to see which are your favorite. I never travel without them! And you do perfectly fine without having a blender. Just be sure to break up any clumps with your fingers before you open the package. I also sometimes use the smoothie packets when I'm home to mix with fresh fruits to expand the volume.

Extremely disappointed by their smoothie mixes. I bought a variety pack to try different flavours but the reality is they're pretty much tasteless and though you may, and I mean may, get some goodness from them to have to add taste with another product defeats the point. Nowhere close to just blending real fresh fruit. I thought this might be a little more convenient which it may be but the downside is so huge it really isn't worth it.That said, the gummies that were included as a freebie are really lovely and very tasty indeed. So I'd encourage them to concentrate on those rather than their luke warm smoothies.

I do not recommend this company. First issue, you only deal with this company via email or text, you never get to speak to a human to fix problems. Recently I had an order shipped via UPS. My credit card was charged for the order, but UPS had a $165.53 COD. I contacted Kencko via text and they told me there was a small issue with a few orders. They asked me to pay the COD and they would reimburse me. It took me 28 days to get my money back. Zero customer service as no one was letting my know why my refund was taking so long.
As soon as I got my money back I cancelled my account.
Beware, if you can’t speak to customer service, this is probably a reason.
I do not trust these people!!!

Good tasting shakes, nice ingredients, easy to prepare, price is right, and if you have a question, they have a good customer service..

I advise you not to use their service and their product. They charged me today for the shipping costs of a plastic bottle coming from Portugal via UPS.
This is a dishonest company that forces the sale with supposedly an automatic renewal of products. I have never taken this option! Run away

I love the conscientious packaging and its ease of storing, opening, and disposal. I have enjoyed every flavor with water and now trying them with coconut milk. The pumpkin was SO good when using the milk base. Mixing is definitely easier in the bottle however I'm lazy and the bottle is always dirty. I have been using my little kitchen blender when needed but it doesn't mix the smoothie as well; stick with the Kencko bottle! I have ordered 3-4 times so far and really appreciate the reminder email so I can change up the items. I am happy we found eachother!

I love these. My body has always felt better on smoothies, but gah! Keeping all the fresh fruits and veggies around proved too tough to maintain with my schedule.

Enter Kencko! I use these as a base and I mix them with my magic bullet, so I can’t speak to challenges others have had with mixing them in the bottle they provide.

I add some kind of non dairy milk, hemp seeds or peanut butter powder, powdered supplements if I think of it, more frozen fruit if I feel like it, and ice, and then I blend. They keep me full and satisfied and have completely eliminated my need for soda or snacks.

They have made it incredibly easy to change the mix of smoothies I receive, and the cancel button is easy to find if I ever need it.

I was 209 lbs and unable to exercise. Kencko enabled me to get my nutrition up without unnecessary calories. It tastes great and offers enough variety to never feel stale. Adding my daily dose of protein makes it a meal.

Consistent product. Healthy, tasty and convenient.

Makes my shakes taste even more yummy with the added fiber I need! Love this stuff! Highly recommend!
