If i could give zero stars, i would! These are such junk and according to their website, you cant return them unless they are damaged. I should have read the fine print!! The fit is horrible, no support at all! Cheap material! I wonder if the Better Business Bureau would be interested in this company 🤔

Do not buy. The quality was unbelievably low and their return policy is such that they will not take back unopen products. It is a scam.

Horrible product, poor quality, not true to size and once you get the garbage delivered to your door you're stuck with it.

The sizes are not accurate, the material is horrible and no way would it support you. Customer service is also horrible about returning crap product!

Kendally is a terrible scam company! The bras my daughter ordered took forever (5 weeks) to arrive, and were then too small - sizes are not accurate. So, she wrote to the company as directed, to ask for either an exchange or a refund after sending the others back. The "manager" only offered her a 15% refund "or credit" to their company!!!! Who does that! Also, the reviews you see on the Kendally Bra website are bogus. The back does not have any support and is light-weight fabric, the cross-over is also light-weight and would not be able to hold up anything up - instead it rolls under and the entire bra is made of light-weight fabric that would not be able to offer any support. After replying to their email saying that their "not-so-generous offer" was completely unacceptable, this is the email that I received back:

"We regret that the former offer did not make you feel better. We do understand how frustrated you are now and we are sorry that we couldn't satisfy you. Regarding your issue, we have worked again with our manager and she decided to give you the best offer for your case:
Option 1: We will refund 30% product value
Option 2: We will resend your order without any cost to you.
Option 3: In case you decide to send us back the product and get a full refund, please send it back to our return warehouse. Once we receive the return parcel, we will send you the refund.

Beware of this company - Amazon got sucked in too - It's probably a sweat house making this product and I hope someone closes them down soon!!!

This product that is so poorly made. The sizing is awful. Nothing like what they claim. This is junk for the trash can. If I could make it a zero rating I would.

Charged twice. Bras are very poorly made and don't fit properly. The company does not work with you. Very disappointed.

Keeping in mind the price point of this product (given the typical price of an average bra in the $40-60+ range) I found it does lift, it is fairly comfortable, the fabric is soft, the only real criticism might be with the pads (smaller than the bra cup) but unnoticeable under a top.

Echo every comment on here! This product is garbage! Lesson learned. Here's a few quotes from my email attempting to return this product...1) they wanted pictures to ensure what I wanted to return was even from them, "The original shipping label of the product received so we can check if the product received is from us." 2) then they threaten you with how expensive it will be to return, "our return address is in Asia so it will cost you an expensive fee to return the products to our warehouse"...basically, they intend to make it too difficult to even try.

AVOID!!! I ordered 3 bras. The armhole falls below my breasts on the side and to fasten under your breasts on each side is very difficult. When attempt was being made to request I was required to send several pictures AND told I have to pay to send product back to Asia. AVOID ordering!!!

So many red flags...

First of all, I should have read the reviews first...there are NO good reviews of these bras. Amazon has had so many negative reviews of Kendally bras, they're limiting them. Trustpilot shows them with 1.1 stars with nearly 300 reviews.
First red flag...the product sat in New York for over 2 weeks without moving. It took almost a month to finally arrive after I ordered.

If you go to the official site, there's a phone number, but if you call, an automated message tells you the company is "not accepting phone calls at this time". What?? What kind of "business" doesn't accept phone calls? Second red flag.

The TWO bras I ordered did not fit. I wear a medium, I ordered a medium, their medium does not fit me. When I wrote to request a refund or exchange, I was referred to their refund/exchange "policy", which basically says that once you receive the product, you're stuck with it. Red flag #3.

My next move was an email to express my extreme displeasure with the whole experience. I was told to send pictures of the shipping label and the products with the size showing. Since I ordered a medium (2 actually!) and I received 2 mediums, they would not issue a refund. Red flag #4

They offered two options: a 20% refund and a 20% coupon for a future purchase. HA! Like THAT'S ever going to happen. Or, I could get a 30% refund. I chose option 2. In both cases, they don't even want their own product back. So I'm left with 2 bras that don't fit and about $10 back of what I paid for them.

What kind of business offers clothing for sale ONLINE, with no path to exchange something if it doesn't fit??

The support agent that sent the email was kind enough, but it didn't offset the horrible customer experience I had with a so-called "business" with unsatisfactory delivery times and extreme and unreasonable company policies that show exactly how little they care about their customers.

If I could leave negative stars, I would.

I normally wear a 2X or 3X size bra. I ordered a 3X but the actual size of the bra received said it was a 3X but might be a medium or possibly a large at best. If your order this bra get at least 3 sizes larger.
I waited 20 days to receive the Kendally bra direct from China which was never revealed during the purchase.
I also contacted customer service which was only available by email the same day I received the bra and tried it on and found it was 1/2 the size I needed.
I asked for a refund and directions to return the product and they offered the following which was not satisfactory to me.
1. Refund 10% of the product's value and 20% discount for your next order. ​
2. Refund 15% of the product's value.

I would not recommend buying from Kendally or buying their products.

1/17/24 Kendally.com emailed me and offered a counter refund offer, see below:

1. Refund 30% of the product's value.
2. Resend the product for a different size at no additional cost.
3. Refund 100% of the product value when you return the package to our warehouse in Vietnam at your postage expense. (Please kindly note that the cost of returning an item is quite high: 20-30$)

I have chosen to accept the 30% refund. Although I appreciate that they have improved their refund offer I will still never buy from them again.

Your product doesn’t fit and I have no idea why, but the one I tried on smells like manufacturing liquard materials! therefore I should be able to return it.

These bras apparently we’re not made in the United States, because I am not a 2X I am smaller than that, but I used your guidelines.

I also did not buy these bra’s thru Amazon and that’s were they came from. So you have a contact to return them. There 3 shipping labels one on top of the other??

Total BS and the address on my shipping label was from an Amazon warehouse on Washington state! 😡

the product does NOT fit; is NOT stretchy as shown; does NOT give any support; is very poor quality in material and construction; there are NO redeeming features to this product; then to read their return policy to find they DO NOT stand behind their product - that took FOREVER to get here . . . SCAM!!!!! I’m learning to read all return policies before I buy anything 😡THIS COMPANY IS A BAD, BAD, BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!😡 sending them to Goodwill 🙄 I bet no one will want them . . .

Avoid buying from these people. Sorry quality. I’ve been trying to return my purchase to no avail. They also charged my VISA card 2 months prior to shipping which I believe is against VISA policy. They don’t even want their product back and have offered only a 15% refund indicating they shipped what I ordered. Please don’t fall prey!
