The neck / shoulder bump disappeared in about 3 weeks. It actually works. I still use it for 10 minutes or so everyday cause it removes the stress in that area after a long day of work. Very glad I bought it.

Neck Cloud and Orthopaedic Memory Foam Pillow

I got the neck cloud and the
Orthopaedic Memory Foam Pillow a month ago and both of them are so helpful!

I never knew how much I need a good pillow till I got this one and now I’m considering getting a second one for my partner!

The neck cloud is comfortable, easy to use and I can start to feel the effects of a reduced neck hump already.

I appreciate receiving an email after a few weeks to check in to see how I am finding the product too.

Would highly recommend these products :)

I got the neck cloud after seeing it…

I got the neck cloud after seeing it advertised promising to achieve great results after just a few weeks. I can honestly say that it actually works. My girlfriend uses it twice a day and says her neck has improved immensely. I’ll be having a look at more of their products for my back now.

Deliberately difficult return process - AVOID.

Deliberately difficult return process. AVOID.

Company claims they'll honour their 60 day refund in any email but never provided further details until I emailed them again. Their subsequent email left out key information in the return address in China, so it's not possible for the post office to send it. I wrote in to them again to request the refund and there's been no response since. I believe they are purposely obfuscating this process and won't truly honour their money back guarantee, which seems to be what other customers are experiencing. Please don't fall for this.

Never received the item, when I contacted them, it turned out their courier delivered it somewhere else and they demanded I pay more money for another one to be sent. Refused to refund me.

Seen your advertisement on Facebook and…

Seen your advertisement on Facebook and told my hubby just what he needed for neck pain/strain. When his Keno back support arrived he tried laying flat on floor, hey make sure right way around.
He found after a week of using daily was a great help.
But for me being the wife, my original idea of telling him to buy this product for himself, I decided I would try it in the bath as head/neck support. We do have a headrest attached to our big bath, but I am a bit shorter so love his/ my Kenko back support. Now sharing.🤓

I've had bad neck posture, Talked to my chiropractic about kenko neck he suggested that I stop using it because it's too far forward on you neck causing worse neck posture.. So I stopped using it

Transformative

I actually wrote a very upset review when I found similar products at a far lower price on eBay. However… the kenko neck cloud has transformed my neck and my chronic, all-day-long pain has gone after a month of daily use. My posture is better. Neck hump and inflammation gone. I had an accident about 6 years ago…

I had an accident about 6 years ago where I fell backwards from a ladder.Without going into too much detail,all I want to say is I was very lucky.I was bruised all over the top half of my body.The doctor prescribed Solphadene.The pain went away but soon returned.I had two choices either been in pain for the rest of my life or be on pain killers for life.I chose neither,and decided I would decide my own treatment involving stretching.In short after a gradual build up I now grab the back of my ankles and hold for 5 minutes.I combine this with using the back stretcher for 5 minutes.I don’t have pain now.I find this beneficial.I also use the Neck Cloud.This is very good to as whilst you lie back it helps relieve stress and strengthens the neck.

Totally rubbish product

Totally rubbish product. Cheap and uncomfortable and buckles under pressure when lying on it which defeats the whole objective! I trusted their website when I bought but this does border on a scam in my opinion. Don’t waste your money on this company.

Don’t buy this from here, you can get same item much cheaper elsewhere

EDIT: I was issued a 30% refund as a gesture of goodwill, which is much appreciated.

Don’t buy this from here. I’ve received tracking for mine and am angry to find they are drop shipping their items from China. Not only have I paid double to what you can purchase elsewhere, I’ve paid £10.00 postage and no doubt I will have to pay customs too. I would’ve being fine with all that if it was an neck aid that is superior quality and design to what’s on the market and the original product of the Dr who designed it but this is NOT. I paid £51.00 including the postage for this when I could’ve ordered the exact item from a well known online market place for £20 with next day free delivery and no customs charges. To say I’m annoyed is an understatement. If you’re thinking of purchasing this, don’t buy from this company. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

This company is a bunch of liars

This company is a bunch of liars! I wanted to return my 3 pillows I purchased and they sent me the wrong address and it cost me a total of 60.00 extra and then they had the nerve to say that they are not wrong when my email thread and photo of package with matching photos proves I was right. Wow how many other people are you running your scam on?

Happy Customer - Neck Cloud

I purchased the Neck Cloud as a gift for my father. At first with the intention of a Christmas gift but if it didn’t arrive in time his birthday is in January. I ordered on December 8th and was surprised/delighted that it arrived on December 21st.

My Dad absolutely loved it as he was complaining of shoulder and neck pain prior to. For him, it even helped a bit with his back pain.

I decided I wanted to purchase a Neck Cloud for a friend and myself as our jobs strain our necks. I considered purchasing a cheaper version off Amazon but saw the reviews on product defects, warped forms and poor quality material. So I will be purchasing from Kenko again as you get what you pay for! Hoping all goes well this time too :)

Kenko back fantastic for thoracic spine

I bought the Kenko back and the neck cloud. The shipping was not fast, but that’s OK because I didn’t expect it to be after reading some reviews. I thought I would prefer the neck cloud, but I actually prefer the back product because most of my pain comes from my thoracic spine. The pain in my neck and shoulder seem to be directly related to that issue, and I can just lie on the back product for one minute a day to alleviate my symptoms caused by sitting at a laptop too many hours a day. These products are saving me a fortune and chiropractic and physical therapy.

Impossible returns process

I have been trying to return 3 items since 12/1/23 as they are not what I was expecting or working for me (not the products fault) it’s IMPOSSIBLE! Numerous emails back and forth asking me to stick with it, finally an address which is PO Box that I can’t deliver to from UK it seems and no phone number provided to clear customs etc. so frustrating, I just want to return and my money back. Days to respond to emails, now 27/01/23 and still no further along. Would not recommend and annoyingly now getting regular emails thanking me for my purchase and asking me how I’m getting on which is fuelling my frustration!

Highly Recommend the Neck Cloud

I purchased the neck cloud a few months ago and I really love what it is doing for my neck pain. I use it every night for 15 to 20 minutes and when I wake up in the morning my neck pain isn't as intense as it was before using the device. I will say that you do have to be consistent in using it to see any good results. I highly recommend the products and their customer support.

One of my friends has purchased similar products for a lot cheaper but I have seen they are made from inferior materials, which is no good.This product is really sturdy and looks like it will last. Don't get ripped off!

Bought neck cloud on this website on 01Jan23.. delivered today and son looked on Amazon and can buy for £4.29 and I paid £42.00 and apparently that was an offer! Embarrassed to not do what I tell him to do and check out more before buying. Won't be using Kenko Back again!
