I changed opticians recently and as I wear varifocals there was an issue as to why my new glasses weren't correctly visual but only to discover that last two pairs of varifocals I purchased from Kenneallys were in larger frames that were unsuitable for varifocals therefore my vision was as if I could only see from them in a V shape. I had two same opinions on the matter. Customer care went down the hill anyway.
