Excellent creative work from this agency. We've been working with Andy now for 6 months and he has transformed our social media presence. Every meeting he has unique ideas and we're excited to continue working with them.

They never returned deposit.
At first it was ok, the manager quickly finds for me a flat. We agreed and I lived in Marina Gate 1 one month but after checking out they start ignoring me with the return of deposit. kimberly@kennedyproperty is just ignoring the letters. My manager only promising that they will reply and nothing happens. I checked out 03.06.2023 and today is 06.07.2023. I will never go to them again, they are crooks.

They have been managing our social channels and direct response advertising and have a fantastic level of consistency and professionalism.

PT have been managing our campaigns for a couple of months now and are doing a really great job. Tom especially has been great at client management. Keep it up guys.

Horrible company, with very poor work ethics. They provided a run-down apartment and refused to improve anything. On top of that they delayed the payment of the deposit back, and they don't even follow their own terms. Stay away from them.

Really awful experience with this company. I’m a landlord and my flat is hosting by Kennedy Towers. I don’t know really from where exactly to start, once I have sign the 12 month contract they were very responsive and the breakdown of approx income also looked very good, but this wasn’t that good as the way I have been told, absolutely rubbish. After the 3rd month unaccepting taxes comes up, not even explaining why and how come this wasn’t explained before the contract. Than customer service become really bad and not responsive. I have send a notice of a contract termination and still I can’t get my property back because they still booking the flat for a guests, absolutely ridiculous and now have to seek a legal right to be able to deal with this company.

Beware if you value your health, because KT don't care about yours. My Palm Shoreline 4 rental had 9-12 months of dust build up on bed frames, pictures, door frames, behind and under bed resulting in me being bed ridden for 2 weeks. The company refused any sort of compensation despite it being their fault due to their cleaning teams negligence.

I rented the apartment on the Palm and after a week I began to delvop constant sneezing and running nose. I believed it to be a dust might allergy. KT arranged a sofa and bed cleaning.

My symptoms started to get worse, and I ended up severely fatigued. I was falling asleep 4 or 5 times a day, could barely walk or do anything. My doctor confirmed I had the symptoms of a severe dust allergy.

I found 9-12 months of severe dust build up on the bed frame, door frames, skirting board, behind the bed too.

KT fobbed me off in the entirety. Terrible company to deal with, like most they prioritise profit over people.

Avoid is my advice. Luuxry prices and properties bargain basement care and service.

What a horrible company to deal with.
If there’s a problem they don’t respond to emails or calls.
Rude and arrogant.

Both agents and the facilities manager were helpful and available at any time.

I am really disappointed by their lack of response. I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned after many weeks - they are in breach of their own T&C and they are not answering my calls nor my emails.

We found a villa from Kennedy Towers in Marbella on Airbnb, when I asked them if they could drop the price a bit, they offered to rent it directly, without using Airbnb as they didn't want to pay the fees.

When we arrived there, we saw construction sites around, however we were insured by Mihaela who manages Marbella branch that the construction near the villa isn't active and the one that is is far away and cannot be heard.

However, the next morning, we woke up at 6.30am because the crane started working and the street was full of cars and builders. They were really noisy and because we were working (zoom, calls) it was really disturbing. We have sent Kennedy Towers the video of the crane, however it seemed to be ok with them. Kennedy Towers advised we could stay and work in the basement, but I believe that goes against the idea of renting a villa with garden and pool.

We have moved out immediately and asked for a refund for the rest of the period we didn't stay there, as we already found a new place to stay in.

Kennedy Towers tried to blame us, comparing the construction site to a party next door, saying that we should be okay with it. And at my each request to speak to someone senior at the company, I was refused. So we had to deal with and complain to one same person... No complain policy, nothing.

We still have not received the refund, because, as per their words, the owner is travelling and is out of reach. Please be aware of this company!!! Would not recommend.

Rented a house from them for 1 month just south from Marbella without heat that worked and no power. ( as soon as more than one lamp was on, it would go out)
They promised to get it to work, but never did, and just stopped replying..
Then they promised me a refund, but again they just stopped replying..

Stay as far away as possible..
