We have just had the Ettiley kennel delivered for our 4 legged friend and I cannot fault the product or customer service.
Ordering process was smooth, the lady on the phone spoke us through our options and helped us decide on the best kennel for us.
The turn around for the kennel was super quick, we were told the delivery date a week prior and the expected time the day before.
The lads who installed the kennel were also brilliant.

The team at Kennelstore kept me updated regularly on my order status and delivery arrangements.
The delivery & installation team worked quickly and efficiently with the end result being an impressive, high quality kennel which was as advertised.
Overall, a very impressive service and product.

What a really efficient company. My kennel arrived ahead of time. After I decided to not go ahead with the roof they immediately refunded me that part of the price.
