GSHP Project
Swale Heating have just completed our first GSHP project with Kensa and we were pleasantly surprised at how well it progressed. Being inexperienced in installing Kensa products we were a little apprehensive, however the knowledge and support provided by their design and on-site teams was outstanding. My Kensa heat pump saviour, Tom Morris
My Kensa heat pump had a problem and I had a heating engineer at my house working on it. He was struggling to solve the problem, contacted Tom Morris in the Kensa support team, and he was magnificent, on a live call for nearly three hours on and off and talked my engineer ( who was excellent also, Charles who was working for Nick Manuel Ltd), and together they traced the fault and fixed the heat pump. Great job Tom. Best in class

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. From calling tech support, to engineer Andy travelling well out of his way. Got the heat pump at our rented property repaired and up and running within the day. And were very friendly throughout.

The best customer service I've ever received
The customer service that I received from Tom Morris at Kensaheatpumps was the without doubt the best customer service I have ever received in my life. Period. I don't normally right reviews but I felt compelled to share this.
I won't share all the details but suffice to say Tom spent between 3-4 hours helping me to diagnose the problems with my heat pump. He had the patience of a saint and was relentless in his efforts to make sure my heating pump was fixed for me.
Most customer service and support people I come across want to get me off the call as soon as they can or get me onto their customer survey as soon as they can. Tom was the opposite. He just wanted to provide an exceptional service and would not stop exploring options until he'd done so.
I'm not very technical but he walked me through every step we needed to go through to diagnose the problem and even when we found the problem he spent his own personal time double checking to make sure we'd got it right rather than let me go on my way and find out for myself whether we had got to the right result or not.
This was my first interaction with Kensaheatpumps but if Tom is representative of the quality of their staff then this is a rare business indeed. Thank you Tom!

Problem solved
Our ground source heat pump stopped working, I had several local heating engineers look at the system with no luck (but still charged) but all it took was a call to Tom at Kensa Tech Support. He took time to help me work through the system and even set up a video call. He was clear, helpful and guided an unknowledgeable man (who used words like red thingy instead of valves) through what I needed to do.
The issue wasn't what we were told by the local engineers and we managed to fix the problem within 30 minutes at no cost. I can not recommend Tom, his team and Kensa enough.

I cannot speak highly enough of Kensa…
I cannot speak highly enough of Kensa Heat Pumps in Cornwall.
I specified Kensa for a variety of reasons.
They have a long reliable history of manufacturing heat pumps here in the UK.
While Europe and North America have been using heat pumps for a long time,
the UK has only recently been waking up to the technology.
Kensa was ‘long ahead of the game’.
The low energy market is now full of gizmos of all sorts promising this that and the other special effects. However, Kensa has provided me with simple, uncomplicated, ongoing heat in underfloor heating and hot water for about 8 years. This at a very nominal cost and minimal interference apart from a quick chat with one of their extremely helpful technical staff willing and patient to talk me through when the pressure dropped. In a few minutes the system was up and running again.

Over the covid period, the laws in Scotland were somewhat draconian and I was unable to travel to my home for long periods. However, the heat pump and ventilation system kept the property ticking over and dry (very wet West of Scotland!!) at a minimal cost for 3 years without attention.
We took Kensa on board at the start of the small self build project.
The design stage is crucial for the success of any very low energy project. In for order to allow the technology to flourish to its full capacity, the company should be taken on as early as possible.
I would gladly recommend Kensa to anyone.

Recently bought a house with a new heat pump installed by kensa. The other evening we ran out of hot water and the heating wasn't working. I work away in London and was at a loss what to do. Andy (from kensa) arranged a video call with my wife Victoria and talked her through the diagnostics, then quickly established it would require an in person visit. Vicky was at home in half term with 4 kids and no heating or hot water and Andy was able to rearrange his diary so he could attend the same day. He quickly identified the issue and had the replacement part in his van.
We had quite a few nerves around buying a house with a heat pump having never experienced one or even known anyone with this technology. We feel very lucky the previous owner had the foresight to choose Kensa. Were very reassured knowing we can call them with any queries or concerns we may have in the future.

Unbelievable support
