I love this site! Everything i need for both my freshwater and saltwater tanks are here in one place. Their prices beat out all the commercial stores and I love that. I've been using Kens Fish for two years now and have never encountered a problem. Shipping time is within reason and always packaged well. Thank you guys for providing my aquatic pets with superior foods at affordable prices.
It's unfortunate to see a negative review, as I have purchased from them many times now. I order only a small amount. 1lb a fish food lasts about 2 months, and I pay under $19.98 total with shipping. A similar product at Walmart or $13.97 for 7.0oz so buying 2 would be $30+tax dollars, and still be under 1lb.
These clowns are so deperate for business they are not getting that that have resorted to mixing a mandatory 6lb of fish food requirement into what appears to be a requirement to receive a %5 discount. Instead it's just a cowardly way to confuse customers who spend over $150 including outrageous shipping cost to purchase food from them. They could have never accepted the order and not attempt to charge my card if I didn't buy enough of their crap. Now I'm playing the wait on the merchant game. NEVER AGAIN.
