From our first meeting with Kensington New Build Ltd, we knew we had found the right team for our home extension. Their architects listened carefully to our needs, and the construction team executed it flawlessly. They kept us informed throughout the process and went above and beyond to ensure the work was perfect. We’re thrilled with the final result and would recommend them without hesitation.

Massive red flag from this company.

On their website they claim to be a member of the National Builder's Federation but when I checked with them, they say they are not a member.

They warned me to be careful of fraudulent claims.

I was a bit daunted by the thought of building a kitchen extension at my home because i have never done anything like this before. When Kensington builders was recommended to me and my family by our neighbours, everything was explained meticulously, what to expect, what stages required and they prepared a quotation for me. We compared with other builders and decided to appoint Kensington builders. At the end the experience was made less overwhelming. I am grateful for the work done and will recommend Kensington to others too

Great working with KNB really professional service

We've had a truly awful experience with Kensington New Build Limited. Their decision to simply not pay scaffolders a penny has resulted in scaffolding being abandoned at our property. Endless broken promises, lies and ghosting has resulted in an ongoing nightmare for us and one I advise others to avoid by simply not using this company.

Had a persistent roof leaks that gradually got worse over the last few months. It became wider and drastically worse and needed urgent attention
Kensington new builders were introduced to me by my friend's boyfriend. I contacted them and they turned up in the time agreed. I had to change roof slates and new membrane with the help of this builders. Estimate was on point and quality of work is very good

I moved into my new home in Barnes and I needed my home completely renovated
New bathrooms, new kitchen, new flooring, new central heating system. The whole process was much more challenging than had anticipated because we discovered more issues than originally budgeted for. With the assistance of the crew at Kensington i was able to navigate these issues especially costs. We had many good days and some very bad days and due to the unforseen we exceeded our timeline but we all got to the finish line.
Now my home feels great and looks beautiful.
I am thankful for the patience and understanding of team at Kensington build. I have started recommending this company!

We are starting litigation with this company due to unfinished works
Hiring them was a financial and personal disaster. A two-week job went on for months, the owner promised to get all repairs done but never turned up, our office hours are 10 am till 6 pm and my colleague made an extra effort to get up early to get to the office at 8 am to let the builders in but no one came and no phone call or text to say that the builders are not coming and then I was told by that the builders are coming over the weekend to finish off all repairs but again no one turned up, they just wasted my colleague's weekends. This went on for months until in the end we had to throw them off the job for breach of contract, leaving important structural work unfinished. We had multiple visits from their subcontractors asking for money because they had not been paid for their work by this company even though we had paid them. We had to employ a structural engineer to assess the work so we could get the job finished and we have been informed that the repair work we paid them for was unnecessary and not appropriate.
AVOID like a plague.

Our Loft Conversion Experience

In June, after discovering a roof leak, we began exploring repair options. Given the expense of reroofing, we saw an opportunity to consider a loft conversion instead. We spoke with several builders, including KNB, and ultimately chose to work with their team. Now, at the end of October, we're thrilled to move back into our home with a beautifully finished new floor.

The process has been remarkably smooth and efficient, thanks to Kensington’s expertise. Their team was consistently onsite, making the entire experience straightforward. The schedule was clearly outlined from the start, and even with a few setbacks, we met our goals on time. They kept us informed at every step, allowing us to address any issues and explore enhancements, especially with ceiling height, which made a significant difference.

We’re grateful for everyone’s efforts, including the subcontractors, and would highly recommend Kensington’s services.

DEPENDABLE TEAM
I bought my flat in July this year and received my survey report with a few to dos on it. Could not afford all at once, with the assistance of this team I was able to tackle each task at a time cost effectively. Their flexibility with me and my girlfriend, working around our work schedule was extremely helpful. We had new electrical fuse board upgrade, full electrical certification, underfloor heating installation in parts and complete redecoration
We finally finished all the tasks without over spending much more. More importantly the quality of work carried out is the best for us.

Initially we were just going to replace subfloor in our bathroom, re-tiling and re- decoration. We were so pleased with the quality and outcome
We decided to re insulate our attic, upgrade our kitchen by changing the doors, new underfloor heating, new floor tiling and redecoration

I needed to freshen up my kitchen. I hired Kensington new build to replace my kitchen splash back tiles and replace my floor tiles.
This was done in time and on budget. I have recommended Kensington and will do so again.

New skirting boards and Flooing.
I am impressed and thankful for a quick turnaround for my new flooring and skirting boards supply plus installation by the people at this company Knb.

We contacted Knb when we received the survey report when we were in the process of exchanging contract on our new flat, we wanted to find out the extent of repairs needed if and when we complete our purchase. It was also very important to know the rough cost of repairs. They were extremely helpful throughout and stood with us through the process knowing we were also speaking to couple other builders. Due to their quick responses to our query and time spent, we chose Knb for our renovations.
