Kensington Tour made our first trip to Vietnam full of memories that will be with us forever. The experience was once in a life time, beautifully, professionally, and seamlessly executed. The hotels and resorts were first class, the tour guides were extremely knowledgeable of places visited such as history, people, foods, and everything we wished to know. We will definitely plan our future trips with Kensington Tour.

The hotels that were booked for us were luxurious. The guides were wonderful. They took great care of us and made sure we saw the important sites and tasted the local foods. We would definitely use Kensington for another adventure.

We used Kensington Tours for a 10 day trip to Vietnam. This is only the 2nd time we have ever used a tour group for traveling, and we travel often. We only had 10 days and we wanted to see as much of the country that we could and did not want to think about any of the logistics, so it was perfect for us.

We worked with the Vietnam/South East Asia specialist, Mayu, who took in consideration all of our interests in planning the activites (historical sites, history, local food, etc). We went from Hanoi to Saigon with 2-3 night stops in other cities in between. Private drivers were provided within the cities, as well as between cities, or to and from the airports. Private, extremely knowledgable guides accompanied us almost everywhere, always on time, always accomodating, always conveying really interesting information. We especially appreciated our guide in Hanoi (Nam) and his knowledge of history, contemporary Vietnam, Halong Bay, and another guide named Nam (in Saigon) and his friendlyness, sense of humor, energy, and again, his in depth knowledge of everything. Our guide, Chanh showing us the beauty of Hoi An and Hue was greatly appreciated also.

The hotels were all 5 star, comfortable and with great anemities.

I would definitely book with Kensington again. Everything was and went flawlessly, they were often checking in with us, they made arriving and departing places so easy, we thought the price was really fair given the headaches of traveling these days, and we learned so much about the country from our guides.

A lot to see in two weeks! Kensington put together a well organized trip to the major ecologies; seamless transport, start to finish. Excellent accommodations and staff at each stop. Wide choice of activities and superior guides, patient and with good scopes. First-time travellers should look at Kensington for planning.

Kensington did an outstanding job of planning our 2-week family trip to Costa Rica. They worked closely with us to understand what kind of in-country experiences we were looking for and met our every expectation. (There were 11 of us, so it was a big job!) Kensington made our vacation so much more enjoyable by taking care of all the details, from transportation & accommodations to tours & adventures. Their in-country guides for our birdwatching and wildlife tours were professional, skilled, and friendly, and the accommodations were absolutely terrific. Kensington staff checked in with us regularly to ensure that every part of itinerary happened on-time and as planned. They even took time to recognize two family birthdays with lovely gifts! Their phone app was easy to navigate and made our daily itineraries easy to view at any time. Highly recommend!

Two of us went to Sicily and all of the plans were made for us so we could just enjoy the trip. Everything was customized for our needs. Our tour planner was very responsive to any additional requests we had. I would recommend Kensington Tours and plan on using them again.

I originally called with rather vague ideas regarding our trip to Italy. I related our prior experience on a bus tour to Italy in 2014, which our family did not wish to duplicate. Our agent came up with ideas, tours for interesting sites, and flavors and tastings, and time for ourselves. It worked great. We even threw in an extra person for the trip, and an extension into another country and no problem. When our trip ran into a medical problem, the planners and schedulers got us home through several changes. The Hotels were beautiful, well located, convenient, well staffed and helpful at all times. Our agent balanced our thoughts and her knowledge of the country, put together the guides, itineraries, flights and drivers for a very personalized fun trip. If my family travels to any country in the future, we will definitely call Kensington again to help put things together to focus on the type of adventures which we enjoy.

The accommodations were very nice and our guide in Tanzania was excellent. Chobe Lodge in Botswana was outstanding. Food, place, game drives and boat safaris.

Rachel understood our requirements and needs and ensured that it all went very smoothly throughout the trip. The first set of tour guides understood our group dynamics and arranged for an extra guide on the next 2 tours to accommodate a companion who was handicapped. That is true service. I will recommend Kensington as my #1 tour planner and Rachel was amazing.

My contact at Kensington, Farzana, planned the perfect trip to Italy. All I did was send her a list of the places I wanted to see and she put together a great itinerary. It was so nice to have all my transportation between cities planned with a driver waiting to pick us up and take is to the next destination or to the train, etc. Each hotel we stayed with was wonderful and in a great location. It was a perfect trip. I highly recommend using Kensington for stress-free trip planning.

We had an exceptional experience with Kensington from start to finish. Every detail of our trip was thoughtfully planned, and they truly listened to our needs during the planning stage. The hotels they selected were excellent and perfectly suited to us.

What stood out most, however, was the level of support we received throughout the entire journey. Plans don’t always go exactly as expected, and we had a few events we needed to adjust along the way. Kensington not only handled the changes seamlessly but also helped facilitate refunds, which was incredibly valuable and took all the stress off of us.

Nabila, our destination expert, was outstanding. She was consistently in touch and always there when we needed assistance. It gave us such peace of mind knowing we had that level of support.

The welcome packages in each country were a lovely and thoughtful touch, and really set the tone for each new destination.

I truly can’t believe the level of service we received—it was thorough, responsive, and genuinely caring. We will absolutely be using Kensington again for future travel.

Kensington Tours was instrumental in helping me and my family experience a trip of a lifetime! Tony Meuret patiently listened to my long wish list of experiences and special requests for our Iceland trip. He suggested different options for us to consider and then coordinated everything, and sent a detailed itinerary for us to follow. Due to the uncertain weather changes in March, we needed to make some adjustments, but all went well! I look forward to planning another trip in the future and will certainly use Kensington tours again!

I had a great vacation in Romania with Kensington tours. Adam arranged all the details of the trip so that it went smoothly. He listened to what I was hoping to get out of the tour and made sure it happened. Mircea, my in country guide was amazing, too. Definitely will use Kensington again.

We had a wonderful and ambitious six-day tour of Paris—our second visit—and it exceeded expectations in every way. Tanya, who organized the trip, did a superb job. I wouldn’t change a single thing about the itinerary.

Communication was excellent throughout, including when we made a few last-minute changes. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The guides were terrific, especially the woman who led our six-hour tour of the Musée d'Orsay and the Louvre. This was our first time using personal guides, and it was a game-changer—adding depth, context, and ease to the experience.

Our hotel, just off the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, was ideally located. In six days, we only needed one cab ride—Paris is an exceptional walking city, and we enjoyed taking it all in on foot.

One note for future travelers: even in March, we found it difficult to secure passes online for some of the major sites. We ended up booking two inexpensive group tours for Sainte-Chapelle and Notre Dame simply to skip the lines, and it was absolutely worth it.
