False 25% discount = was promised 25% discount on the account before 30th June 2023 according to emails and letter by post, but once ordered the discount was brushed off and was not applied to the account with various reasons.

We were spending far more than we needed to on certain brands But after connecting with one of your sales team,Jake, he has been able to advise us on similar products at a much cheaper price. He is also very honest with what he thinks is a better product not necessarily cheaper but better. He is a definite asset to your business. And we will continue to purchase from you.

I had a flyer to say I would be getting 30% off disposables. When I put them in my basket, the prices were over 30% more than advertised on the online catalogue. I called my account manager to query this and was told he would get back to me. He did not. I was able to get the stock elsewhere cheaper.
