My Mail Order Needs a Visa.
I bought items 3 weeks ago (February 1st) and never got tracking information. 9 days later I emailed them regarding the status of my order and only then did my order get dispatched from China.
They then emailed me the tracking number. My order was “delivered to local carrier” 1 week later (4 days ago) and has not moved since. No more updates. Just silence, nothingness. I was ghosted.
Maybe my order needed a Visa or Work Permit and it’s stuck at the Immigration Offices or something coz wtf. I might have to go marry my package.
I was in urgent need of those items. 3 weeks later, I still have not received my package.
I’m breaking up with K&F because I choose peace, self worth and fast delivery (Hello Amazon). I will never purchase anything from K&F Concept ever again. Ever, ever? Ever, ever.
UPDATE : After a month of waiting, going back and forth emailing “Claire” at KentFaith, I never received my order. In the delivery app it even showed the package was never shipped to begin with.
“Claire” told me to go and pick up the non-existent package myself at the delivery company’s depot. I called the local delivery company and they told me that they never received a shipment from KentFaith.
I demanded they either reship (with compensation) or refund my order but was almost unsuccessful with either till I had to strong arm them for my money back.
An utter waste of time I will never get back.
Advice: Pay more for better quality and service with better brands. There are way too many brands to waste time on KentFaith.
Never again.

No response regarding returns
I ordered a camera as a birthday gift. As the date approached, I had received no information about shipment or expected delivery, so I contacted K & F to cancel the order.
I was informed that the order could not be cancelled because it had already been shipped, but that I could contact them to arrange a return once it was delivered.
After receiving the camera, I contacted them twice within the 14-day withdrawal period to exercise my right of return. I have not received any response.
At the same time, their website states that returns are not accepted without prior approval. As a consumer in Denmark, this is concerning, as the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal should not require approval.
I am still waiting for clear return instructions and a response from customer service.
UPDATED REVIEW: after dialogue with customer service, I am re-rating my experience. While they could not help with return of the camera to China, customer service offered 50% return of the price.

No longer a viable option for me
Item ordered and paid over 3 weeks ago took over a week to leave Hong Kong. It eventually arrived in Sydney 5 days ago. Where other companies arrange overnight delivery to Canberra, my package only arrived in Canberra 36hrs ago and has been sitting in a local depot ever since. Not good enough.
I have bought many items from this company over the years, but this is the second time I have had to chase them up on a non-delivery within the specified time frame.
Sadly this company is no longer a viable option for me.

I purchased a K&F Concept Tripod (alluminium) for the first time, and I was surprised by the very good quality!

Excellent and room for improvement
Well, it's not so easy to write ONE review with the experience I made with KF. I started my experience with KF purchasing an awesome carbon fibre tripod, and some Gimbal tools for the camera. Additionally, some filter sets for my Nikon cameras. All those products are excellent quality and I'm really happy with it.
Now I purchased some filters for my DJI drone, however there I have made the experience that those are not compatible in contrast as stated on the website of KF.
I'm confident that KF will support my concerns and we will find a fine solution.

I thought I was ordering from a store…
I thought I was ordering from a store in Australia, but two weeks later and all I know is that it's been sent by China post - nothing else.
This stuff is really frustrating when you've been lead to think the store is local and the product is onhand. I would really appreciate companies being more transparent about where a product is actually being sent from so I can decide if I want to wait, try to find an actual Australian store or find it close by in an actual shop.
