Excellent delivery time for a competitively priced part
They had the best price for an expensive part (£300 vs £370 elsewhere) and delivery was very quick. I ordered after 3pm one day and was offered delivery within 2 days, but the part had arrived by 10am the next day. Excellent service!

Amazing customer service. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful
I have done 2 DIY plumbing jobs and regard myself as highly fortunate to have found KPS. As a complete amateur my plumbing knowledge is limited but on both occasions staff in the shop (2 different persons) were absolutely brilliant spending time with me to suggest ways of doing the job and then recommending the right parts to use. Amazing service!

Fantastic Customer Service
We placed our order with Kent Plumbing Supplies as they had a great price for the water softener. When we had a problem, I called them, John was great he talked me through a workaround, emailed me to confirm, and true to their word, sorted the problem as soon as they could. Great customer service, would highly recommend, thank you KPS.
