Be really careful with the ads you see for keranique. They are not easy to deal with when you cancel and will try to upsell. Very disappointing. If you buy, try to buy at a store so you don't have to deal with the Keranique company.

SCAM!!!! Even if cancelled they will keep billing and not send any product. Customer service rep kept yelling at me. Not acceptable

I felt the urge to write my experience with customer service representative by the name of FATIMA a Filipino CSR from Keranique, she was totally rude and disrespectful and she even addresses me in her language/ Filipino words “EWAN KO SA’YO!” Too rude and disrespectful as a say, FATIMA you’re one of the faces/ voice of Keranique and the way you talked, lady you need more training!

I ordered from keranique on the 31st of July 2022 at 9:12 am and cancelled at 9:16 am same day just after 4-5 minutes. I even recieved an email from the confirming the cancellation
And they sent me a cancellation number too (ORDER CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION #37617986) on august 1 2022 at 1:28 pm I receive an email from them saying my order is on its way.
They are incredibly deceptive in what they tell u and just keep trying to sell you random products when u are trying to cancel an order, going back in circles. I called their customer service right away and they said it’s on its way because they had already shipped it before cancellation ( how on earth did they mail it in just 4-5 minutes is beyond me).
I told them I don’t want to keep it, they said I have to pay for the return mail to which I said I cancelled within 5 minutes and I don’t have to bear the return expense. The agent online told me if I don’t open the packages & send them back with the return number written on it it will be fine and I’ll get my money back. They sent me another mail on the 3rd Aug 2022 with a return number

I sent the packages back through USPS and yesterday 2 out of the three packages came back to my address. This is so ridiculous. I have to send them back again tomorrow it’s a such a hassle.
Also they will sign you up for a monthly continuity program without your consent and u have to call them again to cancel, which I already have done

Well to start with the product made my hair fall out. The part in my hair seem to be getting wider and wider. I called to see how I would go about returning their product and they actually wanted me to pay for shipping to return it when I told them it was making my hair fall out. I just couldn't believe it. So I ask the customer service girl if I needed to get a lawyer once I said that her whole tune changed! She told me to keep the product and she would instantly refund my money; it would be in my account the next day and you know what it was so I guess they must be very afraid of lawyers...lol. after my experience I was reading on the internet and the one chemical that's used in that product a lot of people adverse reactions to. I guess I should have read that first and I would have never ordered it. Keranique already knows that I am not happy at all with their product I did report them to the BBB. If you get this product just be very cautious and pay close attention to your hair!!!

I am so unhappy with Keranique. The payments were never made clear about their system. It seemed to me you were supposed to pay every couple of months when you received your next shipment. That’s the way I had it set up. Anyhow, for some reason they decided to charge me monthly and I had no clue. A couple of months went by. I called to ask why I couldn’t access my account. The person I talked with treated me like a common criminal who was attempting to not give Keranique their money. I was treated unkindly even though I willingly paid what was owed once I figured out what was going on. The agent says that they called me, but I never received a voicemail. The agent says they emailed me, but the only emails I remember seeing were advertisement emails. I feel like I was lied to, treated like garbage, and I was a good customer. Keranique will no longer receive my business.

For those who read these terrible reviews and outcomes, but are still wanting to try it:
Purchase a low-end “cash card” like Vanilla. Put a very low cash amount in the account. Once that cash is charged off, there is no way for the Seller to charge more, ergo since the account is empty, no further charges is made to the card. IMPORTANT. Do NOT link it to your bank account or paycheck. Manually deposit ACTUAL CASH to your card at the time of purchase (I.e., don’t link it to your ATM card!)
Vendors are unable to charge unauthorized charges to empty OTC Cash cards. Google it!

I purchased this company's product thinking I would give it a try. Without my permission they enrolled me in a monthly billing scam. With all the stress of trying to get this unauthorized billing scam removed I'll lose more hair than this product can grow. They should be sued in a class action suit for this! I will never buy from this company again even if the product does work!!!

Watch out, Scam Alert! Keranique is not ethical or honest. Keranique is burdened by a cumbersome web site and associates who have little or no training, with a serious lack of processing a simple telephone conversation. The product is great, but the billing system is designed to confuse and scam customers. It has taken me 4 months to unravel the mess created by one inept telephone operator at Keranique. It is still not resolved. Go to Target, CVS, or Amazon if you want ethical business practices.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! You will never receive the products you ordered (at least not all of them) and you will never get refunded. The customer service team seems great, except that they never do anything that they have assured you they are taking care of. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Best case scenario is that you receive a small piece of your order after asking where it is for two months and then you have no way of remembering what you ordered and there is no way to view your original order. Then you can politely ask for a refund for many months after that, and continue to be charged instead. After two months of NEVER RECEIVING THE PRODUCTS I asked for a refund for this reason - THEY TOLD ME I JUST OWE ANOTHER $106 AND THEN THEY WOULD BE HAPPY TO CLOSE OUT MY ACCOUNT. Yes, this actually happened. They then rush ordered it to me, it was an INCOMPLETE ORDER. I couldn’t take it anymore, never opened the products, HAD TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING RETURN, and then was CHARGED AGAIN A MONTH LATER. PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO GET THIS REFUND KERANIQUE! I encourage EVERYONE to report this company to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. There really needs to be a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT for all of the people they have blatantly scammed.

At first i thought this is just another fancy product which claims to work miraculously. But i thought to give it a try and i ordered 1 month supply. I was convinced by keranique team, that in a month i won't see any difference. Even to notice the difference, i have to use it at least for 4 months. That's when I regretted purchasing even 1 month supply as it's pretty expensive for me. And i wasn't expecting much from these products but to my surprise people around me started noticing the change in my hair growth in less than a month. And 1 month supply was enough for me to get noticeably fuller hair. I didn't order 2nd month's supply as using these products for a month was enough for me to get my lost hair back. This is the only product I have found working miraculously so far, when you seek solutions for hairloss, thinning hair or bald spots. Unfortunately i didn't take "before" pic to compare later with "after" pic as i mentioned before, i wasn't expecting much from these products since i was never gonna buy 4 months supply so there was no point of "before and after" comparison because as per the company claimed, i wasn't going to witness any difference in the hair growth in just a month. In short, i recommend keranique hair regrowth system 👍

Easily the biggest scam ever. They do not even deserve 1 star. They enroll you in a subscription without your permission and when I first found out that this was the case I tried to cancel the subscription online but they don't even have an option for that! I then called and spoke to someone who assured me they would cancel it but here I am 3 months later with my account charged and another package I do not even need at my house. I am speaking to my bank to fully block any transactions from this scam of a company. This is ridiculous.

It is a fraud, I cancelled this product on 01/27/2021, however, they still keep charging my credit card, when I called them, the customer service had terrible service, and just refused whatever I told her, it made me very frustrated, I will still trying to ask a credit back, but whoever saw this review, please please don't be a innocent buyer like me to even try this product !!!!!

I canceled this product two months ago and they have continued to charge my account. They are deceptive and have bad business practice. And then they don’t want to give you your money back and they continue to send you product that you have to send back. I will make sure that everyone I told about the product hears how they treat people. And then it takes seven days to speak to a supervisor. Never again.

Warning! This product Keranique minoxidil spray side effect cause me severe chest pain after just using it for three weeks. I should have read on side effects on this product before using it. I have to be careful using products like this. They don't guarantee anything at all. They will not warn you about the side effects. They just want to make money. Just reading the reviews of this product scares me. Now I have to see my doctor. Warning... be careful...

If I can give 0 star, I will. I shouldn’t trust this company to give a try. On the first day, I didn’t buy, then one sales lady called me and offered me half price for trying. Unfortunately I trusted her and gave a try. Less than one month, I noticed they charged me another $64.39 and sent me 4 bottles of useless products. I immidiately called the customer service, they told me I must ship all the products back after I receive them, otherwise they will charge me another two payments…… They are just cheating and can’t be trusted. I didn’t review the transaction at all, they did everything by themselves and charge on my credit card. Please don’t don’t don’t trust this company and don’t let it happen on you. And the products don’t work at all. Waste money!

Keranique is such a ripoff. Go to CVS, Walmart, Target, Walgreens and simply buy minoxidil. They charged me close to $200.00 for three small bottles of minoxidil and a mini shampoo and conditioner. They break down the payments so you do not realize how much they are charging you. DO NOT BUY! Also, I only purchased the trial and requested they not send me anymore product but of course they ship you product anyway and then bill you.
