I purchased the silk coat at £30. I followed the instructions and have used it twice. There is no difference to my hair except very dry and frizzy. I have requested a refund as it didn't meet my expectations.

Explained perfectly about the products which is reasonably priced and quality of the service seems to be very high. Looking forward to introducing the Keratin Resolution in my salon at Samrah hair & beauty, Luton Bedfordshire

Aloud me to order products on next day delivery that were out of stock, didn’t inform me of this Untill I questioned it, had to look for a new supplier as this was needed for a salon treatment. Requested a refund before the product was dispatched as it said this was aloud, request ignored and product then sent out , now having to process a refund again and send back.
Bad communication and customer service

Like the product, but my hair is really thick so found it hard to judge whether I’d put too much on. I’m not enough but it has made my hair straight but I think I put too much on because it’s greasy at the roots that’s why I have ordered four stars hasn’t said five.

This would have been a five star but due to the customer service I rated it a four.

I ordered the product however there was a glitch with the online order and I realised that I purchased the item twice.
When I realised I contact the company via
Email but the response took too long, by the time they responded I have received the order I even tried to call via WhatsApp message but no reply.
I cancelled the second purchase but again the order was shipped out I spoke with Nina and was told that I wasn’t able to return back the item because I accepted the delivery.
I do feel that the time to deal with customers inquiries is too slow as this has now dented my pockets as I just wanted one order placed instead of two.

When the parcels did arrive a few of the products arrived leaking and one package arrived broken. Which is such a shame as the packaging is lovely.

However in regards to the actual product it is amazing the time to do the service is also amazing the results on afro Caribbean hair is a 10/10 the products smell amazing and I would recommend

This company took my money straight away when they didn’t even have the stock available. And then didn’t even communicate this. I now am trying to get a refund. Very difficult to communicate with a robot. I wish I had never placed the order. Avoid, avoid avoid!

Brilliant products. If you’re expecting a permanent straighter this isn’t for you and sometimes where people get confused. I have used a different well known brand of keretin treatment and this is so much easier smells nicer and works brilliantly. Quicker to apply and not too gloopy. The shampoo and silk coat hair treatments are fantastic. I love it and being a hairdresser for 20 + years I have used a lot. I had one item missing from an order which hasn’t happened before and they sorted it out immediately and arrived delivered to the door very next day. Helped me if I’ve had any questions about things and definitely will be signing up to do the course and sign up to their specialist programme. Clients have loved it

Ordering was easy, received all products that was stated in the pack, packed well, no damaged items, however the delivery was a bit slow.

This product is amazing from the 1st use my hair felt amazing..Normally it takes me 5 mins to comb my hair after it’s been washed I do it small sections but with this I could comb it in just 2..I no it’s not cheap but a little goes along way..My hair is very thick and it’s gone tight curls with medication I’m on ..It’s gone from wavy to Afro tight curl..It last and feels soft until ur next wash .. I will definitely use this from now on ..I really am amazed at the difference from the very 1st use…

I’m new to keratin revolution. I have used it on two clients so far and it’s been fantastic! I’m really pleased with it. Customer service have been helpful too! Smells nice aswell :)
