Superb products, outstanding customer service

We've installed a number of the fabulous Kermi towel radiators over the years & have always been impressed with them. Both stylish & very functional, their beautiful pieces are such a great alternative to the boring chrome that is ubiquitous.

We had a need to replace a very small, non functional part recently. Kermi went above & beyond in their efforts to replace this for us. The part had been discontinued (as it was an old radiator- just shows you how reliable they are given they'd worked perfectly for years!), so they managed to find one in their German factory & get it sent over. Faultless customer service, cannot recommend more highly
