Quick response, good quality beads, I really like the frosted amazonite which I couldn't find anywhere else. I made the memory wire bracelet with amazonite and silver beads that was on the website and I think it's stunning.

Kernowcraft responds quickly and posts items out in a timely fashion. They have a nice selection of items and I have no hesitation purchasing from them.

I recently bought cabochons and ring blanks to put them in and I was really pleased with them. So much so I’ve ordered more and when I got the email confirmation I realised I hadn’t ordered enough rings, phoned them up and they changed my order without charging me more delivery. Very obliging and very pleasant. I’d recommend this company, quick delivery too.

Lovely quality items ,I made an error with a set of stones for earings which I orderd and didnt realise so was contacted by Kernocraft so was able to rectify . They are prompt with dispatch and always arrive on time .Also like the video guides and information which is provided - Well happy with the items and service

I ordered a Treasure Chest and was very happy with what I got.
I received:

-a treated druzy pendant(only thing I genuinely dislike and find quite tacky but I'm sure I'll be able to find someone who likes it)

-silver components(also unlabelled)
-a silver leaf charm
-a silver heart charm
-5 gold star beads
-plush material to work on
-drawstring bag
-a small postcard describing items of interest

While I do have some minor gripes such as the first 50 orders receiving extra items but it not being clearly communicated when that actually started from or when the first stock drop was, I personally would've liked to know what number my treasure chest was and it certainly would've added to the fun of it. I also would've liked it if the metal components were labelled just so I know what's plated, what's silver and what's stainless steel. Perhaps just an inventory list provided inside the box might be beneficial rather than labelling individual items?
The quality of the items are all top notch and I am more than pleased with the quantity of items provided.
I'd definitely buy again and will return to this store for my next jewellery project.

Having realised I had ordered the wrong size stones for a commission that needed doing asap I rang and spoke to Sarah to see if I could change my order - which had already been processed and was ready to collect. Not only did she change the order at a clearly busy time, she also made sure it would be ready to collect within an hour. Fantastic customer service, not to mention a great sense of humour! Much appreciated!

I placed my first order with kernowcraft just recently and was quite disappointed, so I do not think it’ll be ordering from them again. No presentation whatsoever for the price I paid + delivery, definitely not worth it compared to other sellers. The quality was poor, the silver wraptite settings were poorly made and bent easily, and my peridot did not fit them and everything was small and insuperior to the website’s images.

Great service. Easy to order and pricing is transparent and does not change.

I've only recently started silversmithing, everything that I've purchased from Kernowcraft has been spot on, I did have a small issue which has been sorted.
Also, the videos on techniques are brilliant and a fantastic resource.
