Unfortunately, I didn't receive my order due to supply problems but, I couldn't fault this company as communication with them, was excellent and fast response to my emails. My refund came quickly. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

It appears sadly in this case there might have been a language barrier, you indicated in one message that you speak spanish.
Your first message was the following, and it did not directly indicate that there was any problem with the size:
"good afternoon in my order there is a number 16 but I don't know for sure if it is 15 maybe, thanks"
So we asked for additional information what you mean. Before we received any additional information, your order was processed and shipped out. And since the ring was engraved, it is not eligible for return.
