I wanted to order something from this website. I needed advice about their services from beginning to end results.
Awful company , ordered a gift and the picture they advertised is nothing like what they sent , had to get a refund back from my bank !! Do not use !
I am extremely disappointed with this company. When I placed my order, the delivery time clearly said 5–12 days to Canada, but it took almost 3 months to arrive.
And when it finally did — they printed someone else’s picture instead of mine. How can such a careless mistake even happen?
This was supposed to be a personal 3D print, and they completely ruined it. I can’t believe the lack of attention and responsibility.
I’ve asked for a full refund immediately. If you’re considering buying from them, think twice — long delays, terrible service, and zero quality control.
My 1 star review is to let everyone who had a bad experience with this company know that I believe your experience. I always read reviews before I purchase from any company.

shocking!! do not buy from this company. terrible quality. the whole frame was scratched and when i asked for a refund they said i was only able to recieve 30% back. When i tried calling they kept hanging up on me. scam!!! avoid!!

I bought two products, a necklace and a leash holder. The necklace had flaws on it, but I choose to take it rather than spend extra money to send it back and get a new one maybe worse than that.
The leash holder was rubbish. On the website there is a picture that is totally different from what you receive! Very disappointed!!!! And 30 euros for such a poor thing were really too much!!! I complained and asked for a refund, that after a lot of e-mails I got: 30%, excluding cost of the materials (a piece of plywood, price max 3 euros objectively) and delivery costs (I bought on the site for a price that gave me right to free delivery………). Awful experiense with this site. Two stars just because necklace is the same as the photo on the website and it’s nice.
They wrote back to all my e-mails and didn’t ignore my complaints. I appreciate this.
