Went to Kess Manukau for foils. Colour was terrible. Had to go home and fix it myself. Waste ot time and money.

Sony who works at Chartwell Kess was amazing and did a thorough job. She was so efficient and showed how she cared about her work and me as a client.

am extremely disappointed with Kess Salon. I paid $270 (UK prices) for highlights and a toner, and the results were unacceptable. The highlights were not done properly, and a toner was just put over my hair to make it “look okay.” After just two weeks, my roots were showing.

I have contacted the salon three times, sent multiple pictures, and have been repeatedly fobbed off. I was told via WhatsApp that because it was “just outside the month” they could not do anything, and the receptionist said Prabeth would call — but no solution has been offered. From my photos, it’s clear the highlights were never applied close to the root, despite being told the colour would last four months.

Customer service is shocking, and the treatment is completely unacceptable for the price charged. I cannot recommend this salon.

I really liked how my hair came out with the service of Farisha. My hair feels a lot lighter thanks to her and she always made sure that I was comfortable when getting my hair washed.

Fantastic Customer Service at a very busy time of year from Kess head office in Auckland. Ordered products online from them and received in amazingly short time. Phone contact was quick and very helpful and friendly.

probably the worst ever experience I've had in the world. They killed my hair litterally. after a treatment. Hair loss.

St Luke's Kess - Kumar cut my hair and... wow! I didn't have a specific vision for my bangs, and so he did it according to how it'd suit me! It ended up looking so amazing, and even did a blowout on them. I got a straight cut with bangs, and absolutely will go back. The price is worth it, too!

Shilpi is always amazing when she does my eyebrows. She never fails. Love it. Thanks again, Shilpi.

Just had my eyebrows, chin & upper lip threaded by Sharini at Kess hamilton. Highly recommend. Very happy with the results, she even gave my face a little massage when applying cream after which felt sooo good! Thank you heaps Sharini

I’ve been to the salon a lot of times and the service had always been great. I always leave happy because my hair looks great everytime. Monica is the hairdresser that always does my hair and her service is great. I recommend this hair place.

Went for haircut was not straight as said by friend so went back while i was inthe mall and asked the women to recheck who did showed its fine but was on a black apron. But my husband said the same the left side is lengthy and cut is up and down.. cut was done by lady named Priscilla.

Thank you Catherine of Kess Hair Northlands Mall for making our mom look and feel beautiful. Great service. Great price. Very accomodating to move our booking around due to delayed arrival. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended! 10/10!

Went to see Shanika for a facial last weekend. She did an incredible job - took her time and paid attention to detail. Gave me good recommendations regarding maintenance and product use as well. Very professional, would recommend to all.

Had an absolutely terrible experience here! I called to double check I was purchasing the right package prior to buying it on grab one and was told yes you can use that for bleaching. Upon arriving the hair stylist informed me the package doesn't include bleaching and it would cost an extra $100 which I agreed to pay. Once the service had been provided I was then told "no you can't use that grab one package here" and turns out they didnt even have that promo running at that specific salon! so it ended up costing me $390! Hairstylist didn't even apply a treatment to my hair after beaching nor did she give me a proper trim and missed patches with the toner so i had to purchase a toning treatment myself and finish the job at home! Clearly the staff there have no idea of the services they provide or promos currently running. While I was there another lady called about her botched hair straightening treatment she had received a couple of days prior at the same salon. If you value your time, hard earned money and hair I suggest you go to another salon! Manager/owner was extremely unhelpful and rude! Offered no resolution! This was at Kess Hair and Beauty Northlands
